You broke the usefulness of your platform by no longer allowing multiple e-sign templates
You broke the ability to send multiple e-sign templates WITHOUT warning & in the middle of a month. We have used your platform in this manner for 5+ years.
This is insanely disruptive & a horrendous decision. You destroyed the flexibility of the platform.
How in the world is this a good business decision?
We will be moving to an alternative platform, good bye Adobe.

1. Click on your profile icon.
2. Select "Settings".
3. In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Windows Snap Functionality
Your full, PC app has, for some reason, disabled the Windows snap function when hovering over the Minimize/Maximize icon in Windows 11. I'm sure that is an accident, right? Obviousy, you would not get rid of a useful function on purpose, would you?

I have use the free trial for one day and i cancel the same day because i was not able to complete my document and i have been charged even in my account shows that i have no premium

I have less successful Signatures with your service, it's not easy to see or use for normal people.

With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.
If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:
1. Click on your profile icon.
2. Select "Settings".

Thanks for asking, hope this instructions help you:
- Open a file with Request Signature.
- Fill the recipient modal.
- Click on Prepare Document.
- On left hand panel, scroll until you found "Checkbox" field.
- Drag the desired field (Checkbox field) to the page. Another way to add fields is by clicking the field on left hand panel, and then clicking on the document page.
- Double click on the checkbox field. Properties panel to customize the desired field would open.
- In Properties panel, the checkbox can be changed or edited.

Keyboard keys not working in comment
When I try to write a comment related to a new E-sign PDF, all the keyboard buttons work except the arrows right and left! this only happens with this program at this point in building a new E-sign PDF request. It is super annoying to have to use the mouse to move one letter right or left!!

horrible, replaced with nuance. waste of time and money. adobe X was perfect. i will be using nuance from now on, congrats you scammed my employer out of a couple hundred.

New upgrades bad
The updates for e-Signature are terrible. the old way kept the "Initials" box small from the start. This new one has to be resized -it's so time consuming. Also I put 2 documents in to get signed at once but it binds the two together, rather than being able to download as separate files once signed - again, this does not work when forms are required for different purposes and need to be split. This may be new and getting used to it, but not helpful at all sorry. Just sharing user experience and hope this feedback is taken on…

New Version- The Absolute Worst
This new version of Adobe is the absolute worst. A once great product is the most annoying part of my day. The program keeps freezing, does not respond to commands in a timely manner and just is an overall pain to use.

Very laggy Pro app
The Adobe Pro app is EXTREMELY laggy, especially: (1) when you first start it, (2) when SCROLLING through the document (not even when editing!), (3) and it takes even longer to CLOSE the app. Every time I click X it freezes and I have to force close the process. I am using an i7 computer and I cannot imagine how other, slower computers must have it. Please, ask your programmers to change the way Adobe launches, so that functions such as editing etc don't launch on startup/view, and only launch when I ask for them.
