Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. On-line version of Acrobat does not have the function I require (redaction).

    Desktop version of Acrobat does not install (and takes forever to not install because of requiring prior installation of Creative Cloud app).

    Please check the services in your Adobe account here https://account.adobe.com/. Open the link and sign in with the same email address you used for the trial application.

    If you were using the trial service with a different email address, please use the steps suggested in the following help document to cancel the plan: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html.

    There are no charges for the free service. You get charged only when the trial period ends.

    For the charges that occurred from your credit card, please get in touch with our billing team to get this checked. You may connect with the team via the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html or may reach out via phone using the contact number provided for your region on this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html.

  6. We have been trying to access documents signed in May. Unfortunately Adobe fails to upload them. Would appreciate if you can check it out.

  7. "Sometimes two files show the same name or title."
    Due to this issue I accidently deleted a important scan, which i did not have any backup.
    So, please fix this issue.
    Also, There should be a Trash Bin or Recycle Bin for deleted files, where they get auto deleted after 30 or 60 days.

  9. Aplikaci jsme chtěla pouze na zkoušku!!!
    Po zkušební době došlo automaticky ke stržení peněz, aniž bych platbu potvrdila.
    Účet chci obratem zrušit.
    Předpokládám, že peníze zpět za automatickou platbu již zpět neuvidím.

  11. It would be useful to have a plugin app for Microsoft Applications to send/attach a document for email via Adobe document file share - which is very useful for large files. Or to at least have this option linked in Creative Cloud and via desktop apps such as Acrobat to navigate to the page quickly. Its very well hidden!

  12. Cannot open any PDFs on my laptop. Have spent hours upon hours and my IT guy has spent hours upon hours trying to resolve it.

  18. Hello,

    I would like to point out that Acrobat may need to be used offline. The way it's configured now, you can't use the application without being online. Sometimes Documents need to be edited for personal use. Making Acrobat unusable while offline is ridiculous. Sometimes people travel on a Train or Bus where the Internet is not available. These situations exist out there in the world and a Customer should be able to use it anytime they want. Sometimes, people run out of minutes from their Cell carrier and therefore any document(s) being created are lost. I liked it better…
