For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    1. This template contract doesn't work anymore after some update you rolled out. When I press E-Sign, nothing happens. I have sent this template many times before without issues.

    2. I don't see any of the fields I had prepared.

    3. Some pages are squashed and stretched and look ugly now.

  2. Por meio deste se faz a impugnação da da questão número7 item B do gabarito preliminar no sentido de reavaliação da resposta do recorrente.

    De início, cumpre salientar que não é objetivo do recorrente se fazer substituir na prudente avaliação da Banca Examinadora, mas apenas salientar alguns da respostas que podem ter, eventualmente, passado despercebidos.

  3. When exporting an online pdf with online comments, the resulting pdf opened in the local adobe computer program has distorted comment boxes shown over the comment areas. This bug makes the comments unreadable without editing and deleting them from view in the local program.

  4. Your program doesn't work!!! I tried in legacy, I tried in the new version I just keep getting errors. I have used your program for many years and now I am going to look elsewhere. This is ridiculous. It is overwriting all of my pdfs and thinking I want the signer to fill in every field. It is trying to do too much now. And it doesn't work to turn off the advanced editing.

  5. Congratulations for upholding a long-standing Adobe tradition with your recent redesign of Acrobat's UI!!

    In scanning a document (Windows 11, all updates installed) the UI started going wonky after the scan completed...and nothing displayed anywhere until I decided to try and exit Acrobat. At which point the scanned document finally appeared.

    Adobe has some of the most clever programmers on the planet when it comes to app capabilities. But the team that develops and maintains product UIs have to be some of the most incompetent programmers who ever lived.

  9. Recent development of Adobe Acrobat is awful, saving works only 1 time out of 7. Can not oven covert, the button is here but does not do anything, just a frozen screen. Totally unpredictable, I have chosen the directory, and suddenly it just does not work, and I need to repeat. It seems like constant glitch. I had used the previous version, always worked perfectly, this one is like unfinished faulty one.

  13. Regarding submitting a webform:

    Please, please, please, provide an option to save the form before it is sent by the user.

    We have had two forms not come through due to a user mistake. The form is lost unless a copy is made.

  15. Since a computer update recently, I am no longer able to print PDFs. That means no PayPal or bank statements, among others.
    I usually get the message that PDF printing is not supported. I am supposed to download the file and print using Acrobat Reader. Well, it is already IN Reader. HELP!

    1. One recurring issue we've faced is the placement of signatories' signatures. Unfortunately, signatures often appear on a new page instead of the designated place within the document. This has led to signatories having to re-sign documents multiple times, which can be both frustrating and time-consuming.

    In our documents, it is essential for us to include the "date of agreement" as a required column. However, we've encountered instances where the date doesn't display at all. This inconsistency affects the accuracy and completeness of our records.

    • Are you adding the fields where the recipient needs to sign?
    • Does this happens with a specific file? Could you share it with us?
    • Is this date not saved if you use "date of signing" or "date" field? Or is only not working when using the signature field with date?

  16. Your new signing system isnt very good - it doesnt remember email addresses from history like it used to, and now signing takes longer as you can't just drag and drop signatures and dates - you need to select signature and then type of signature - wasting clicks

  17. YOUR APP IS AWFUL. PLEASE GO BACK TO PREVIOUS VERSIONS. I AM UNABLE TO DO ANY OF THE FUNCTIONALITY I HAD BEFORE. JUST A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. TRYING TO FIND ANY OTHER WAY TO WORK ON DOCUMENTS NOW.
