For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. you have an agreement on file for me and I cannot delete it - it does not show in my list under my privacy section.

    the fact that I have to go to privacy to delete my own agreement is already obtuse. when I view the agreement the signer is associated with gmchiarelli@gmail.com, but this email address does not find the agreement.

    you are violating my privacy rights by not providing a method for me to delete this file.

  2. I have cancelled my subscription because I no longer need this product. If I had received a notification of my renewal I would have cancelled prior to the renewal date.

  3. I want just want to pause my subscription. My child died, and I need to try to cancel my subscriptions without paying an extra $150 cancellation fee. That's *********. I just need to not spent money right now please help.

  7. When I attempt to complete an e-signature on the desktop app or through my documents on my hard drive, it freezes and I am unable to complete. Is there a fix for this?

    Are you trying to complete e-signature on Acrobat desktop app? Are you trying to sign your own documents or documents sent by someone else? Does it happen to all documents or just some particular ones? 

    Could you please share more details (and test documents if possible) so we can investigate?

    Thanks for your feedback. You should be able to remove or change the image signature in the signature panel by clicking the pencil icon next to it.

  10. Adobe scan ipad and acrobat online. Please when selecting multiple pdf items do not unselect them once an action has been carried out. i.e. I select multiple items to download and then want to delete them from Adobe cloud, but having downloaded they become automatically unselected and so I have to trawl through them all again to select and delete, which is unwieldy, frustrating (loading times) and prone to mistakes.   12. Forms filled on the Adobe Fill and Sign Mobile App are botched when uploaded to the adobe cloud. Alignment, font szie all messed up.

    Hours spent creating a template that can be editted in future is rendered into an illegible mess.

    I have raised the issue with the team responsible. For the time being, could you please try the same documents with Fill & Sign feature in Acrobat mobile to see if it is a valid work around while we investigate this issue.

  13. Ik heb nu 10 maanden van mijn jaarabonnement erop zitten en nu kan ik geen jpg naar pdf converteren omdat ik zogenaamd inlog met een proefversie..... Ik heb niets veranderd maar ineens lijkt het erop dat ik geen abonnement meer heb.

  15. i’m so sorry I had to disconnect from our conversation concerning your offer. However, I am still not able to do this. I have just retired and now going through several medical procedures that is keeping me pretty broke so adobe unless it is free or five dollars a month which I know is ridiculous is not going to help me at this time.   16. The "upgrade" is terrible!! I use the fill & sign feature regularly and to say that you have made it so much worse is an understatement. I used to be able to click where I was going to type and then use the arrow keys to get it exactly where I needed it. I could also tab between the places I was going to enter data, but that doesn't work anymore either. AND in multiple instances I would type a character and the text box would disappear so I would have to click on it for EVERY SINGLE CHARACTER!! A…

  17. Acrobat Pro on Windows 10 is not working. Internet Explorer 11 support has ended and this keeps causing issues with logging in via the Windows program. The browser window to sign in never launches, making it impossible to use the software. Please fix!

  18. I purchased acrobat a few weeks ago but the software is completely unstable and almost unusable. Whenever i open a document i get error messages and the screen freezes, i will be cancelling my subscription and seeking an alternative PDF software if this is not solved quickly
