New esigning module is a total downgrade, makes me want to swtich back to Docusign
The new e-signing interface is convoluted, nonfunctioning, and lacking several features that used to be easy to use. What a downgrade.

New E-sign Process is horrible
Recently your e-sign process has changed and since the new format the process either lags or freezes everytime. This is a headache when trying to send time sensitive documents for signatures.

Can't find how to update my signature as a non-paying recipient of a sign request
When someone sends me a digital signature request, the signature that is going into it is wrong and I need to correct it, but it has somehow become associated with my account. I have spent the last 15 minutes trying to find a way to change it. This page promised to help me:

Converted word doc won't download
I converted a pdf to word doc, but when it was done and I clicked download nothing happened. Have tried a few times and with two different files.

Gridlines showing up in pdf after conversion
provide an option to remove gridlines from excel sheets when converting.

E-sign button Not functioning to actually send
The E-sign feature is not working this morning. You could edit document but can't actually send for signature the "button" to continue after you add message to send is not there.

files will not save
Adobe InDesign is not letting me save my work or making strange fonts when I type. It will not save anything. It looks like it has been de-activated or something.

Please just let me login
I am trying to login to my account. It keeps taking me back to the buy more stuff page. Please fix this and make it easy for a person to just login. I don't want to have to go through the annoyance of looking at buying more, I just want to login to my product!

I have the same issue- with 24x36 drawings
I'm having issues with signed documents. signatures are not going where they are placed.

Disappointed
This online platform is very disappointing. You are user friendly but it does not have any value when the site consistently reports error. I'm not employed by you, I shouldn't have to problem solve your products. Get better.

Your system is out of whack
You have one of the most garbage programs I have ever had to use.
1. Why are some of my pages so massive in size when I had exported them all at the same size same format same width.
2. Why is it so hard to edit a single page.
3. Why the **** is it rotating when I have only opened it up.
4. I cannot reset the image to original position.
P.S. for something as simple as converting things into a pdf this system is ****.1 vote -
AdobeSign bugs
AdobeSign update has created bugs:
1) Changing a field to a 'date' field crashes and resets the form.
2) Client cannot see first page of pdf to sign, either in browser or in Adobe Acrobat.This software is currently not in a useable condition.

Text fields converted to single line.
Created a multi-line text field in Acrobat, but when sent out for eSignatures it always converts the text fields to single line of text. This is super annoying.
