Text fields converted to single line.
Created a multi-line text field in Acrobat, but when sent out for eSignatures it always converts the text fields to single line of text. This is super annoying.

Update ruined comb fields
Hi there,
Ever since the update, the comb fields no longer work. This is becoming very problematic. For some reason they appear when I edit the template (top picture of attachment), but as soon as the template is being prepared for sending, they disappear (bottom picture of attachment). Please fix!!!!

Signers on Adobe Sign
For Adobe Sign
When creating a document to sign you cannot edit recipients after the initial stage. This has been a problem in our firm when we realize an additional signer is needed. We need to start from scratch when this happens which is a huge inconvenience.1 voteHi Brianna Tipping,
We are sorry you're having troubles with our updates, and we will look into this. If it's possible, could you please provide more details on the problems you're experiencing? For example how long have you been seeing this issue, the files you're using, or the steps you're following. In order to add recipients while you already started to prepare the document, while on Modern E-Sign, on Left Hand Panel, at the top of it, click on EDIT, the Recipient Modal will be displayed and you'll be able to add more recipients.
Hopefully this information helps you. Let us know if you still have troubles.
Best regards

Can't rotate pages for free anymore
I used to be able to rotate and save pages of a PDF for free here. Now it forwards me to another page and I have to pay £20 a month to do it. This is ridiculous for such a basic feature.

E Signature now awful
The new e signatures is really terrible.
The previous version was much better.
Please fix this.1 voteHi Odyssey Property Concierge,
We're sorry you're having a bad experience. You can go back to Legacy E-Sign by selecting it on Settings. Only new drafts will send you to Legacy E-Sign, those that were made with Modern E-Sign will send you to Modern. Hope this information helps you, let us know if you still have troubles.

Requesting Esigantures is BROKEN
Please allow us to revert to the old way of Requesting E-Signatures, the interface that actually worked. I already unchecked the box in settings to try the new interface, hoping it would get me back to the old way, and I'm still being forced to use the terrible awful stupid new website despite my wishes.
1 voteHi Emma Therrien,
We're sorry your having issues, in order to go back to Legacy or "old" E-Sign experience, you need to have unchecked the box on settings as you mentioned, new drafts created will be on Legacy, but the ones created while the settings were enabling Modern or "new" E-Sign, will send you to Modern E-Sign experience. If it still sent you to Modern, with the setting enabling Legacy, while preparing document, on Left Hand Panel (LHP), scroll down and click on "View More", and in the bottom of the panel an option to go to Legacy experience. Click it and it would send you to Legacy E-Sign.
Let us know if you still have any kind of trouble.

New esignature module is bad
The new e-signature design is missing some essential features, such as: the ability to add a second file/document after adding the first, and to sign something BEFORE it gets sent to the recipient. Why would you make all these unnecessary changes to a module that worked perfectly well.
1 voteHi Emma Therrien,
We're sorry your having issues with the new e-signature. In order to add multiple documents you can use "Send in Bulk" it's under E-Sign > Get others to sign > Send in bulk.
And in order to sign before it gets sent, you could enable Sign in order and add yourself as recipient, or just add yourself as recipient (but in this case the signing could be parallel).
Let us know if the information provided helps you.
Thanks,

Pessima esperienza d'uso
L'interfaccia fa schifo
Non si capisce come mettere un testo davanti all'altro, non ci sono i livelli, gli strumenti sono disposti male e i menù a scomparsa non sono per niente intuitivi.

Disappointing - Can't share link not uploading
Sending links to customers has been a very unreliable method on Adobe - I was excited not to use my dropbox as I thought Adobe would be more professional.
Disappointed! It either won't give me the link - or I get the link and then it says unavailable. So it's not uploading them - can't use it when it's unreliable.1 voteDear Evie Seifu,
Thank you for providing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered while using Acrobat Web. Please be assured that our team is actively addressing this issue with the highest priority.
Could you kindly confirm whether you are creating the shared link from the Acrobat Desktop app or from the Acrobat Web? Additionally, we would greatly appreciate it if you could unshare the file and attempt to create the share link again to see if the issue persists. Your input will play a crucial role in expeditiously resolving this matter.

Adobe Sign 100 Page Limitation
So we moved our organization from DocuSign to Acrobat Sign via Acrobat Pro subscription. Our users start encountering a 100 page limitation. Support says you need an enterprise plan to move up to 500 pages. Looked at the enterprise plan, for some reason it has a 150 transaction limit, but the cheaper option is unlimited? Who is making these decisions? So you have to pay more to get less? This is an incredibly strange decision. Imagine if Microsoft told its customers they could only send 150 emails on 365 unless they move to a cheaper plan.
