Comprimir pdf, ¿de pago?
Hola.
Quería comprimir un archivo pdf, que según indica vuestra propia página web, es un servicio en línea que Adobe Acrobat ofrece de forma gratuita.
Pero al intentar acceder al servicio siempre me sale una ventana para suscribirme a opciones de pago1 vote -

Quit sending so much spam!
Because Adobe sends so many spam emails (including to your customers), most spam filters and firewalls block your emails. We use this software to send agreements to customers to get e-signed. If you can't fix your problem of not spamming people, we'll have to go back to docusign or find another service.

Complaint
Please do not purchase Adobe. Its a dodgy process that just saps time. I initially had an assistant (A person) that helped, suddenly my whole package "expired" its areal scam. No one answers your call for help.

poor service
I am trying to speak to someone directly with regards to issues I am experiencing with Acrobat Pro and have been on hold for 50 minutes. Service is non-existent!

Issue ned to be fixed asap
Hi, there are few issues, one is a major issue, with filling out the data fields by customers:
1. While filling one data line, the next lines below are filling out with the same text automatically. That has been a constant issue for the last 40 days approximately.
2. Major. Some of the data lines are not available for filling out to customers (last 2 documents)
Could you please fix that asap!

garbage product
An error occured while trying to download or print a pdf. No error code shown, no solution. Absolutely why i avoid your products like the plague.

for right to left languages, converting/exporting PDF to RTF wrongly mirrors letter order
It does not work at all with Right to Left languages, mirroring the order of the letters so outputting rubbish. Completely broken or useless. Needs an urgent fix.

FAIL TO LOAD TRIAL
It did not load. Stuck at 90%. Can't trust it when the trial failed to load.

black dots replacing text after editing a pdf.
Often times after editing a document to send out for signature some of the text is replaced with black dots, even after changing to a compatible font prior to sending out.

Disappointed
I purchased Adobe acrobat Standard to edit my PDF files. After I downloaded it only to find out that if I want to edit I have to purchase the pro version. Very disappointed. I cancelled my purchase.

At least 2 documents, one in July and other in December that Adobe told me was signed and it wasn't.ecember where Adobe
There have been more than one document that said was esigned and sent back to me but the document shows it was not signed and this happened yesterday as well as in July 2022, so this is an ongoing issue.
