For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Why do I constantly have to sign in again and again? it is so annoying? It seems like every time I try to read a pdf it asks me to sign in all over again!

  2. I don't understand how the maker of PDF can create such amazingly awful conversions of PDF to Word. Stunningly bad. Horrible. Worthless. You should be ashamed.

  3. The online version is completely unusable. It would not save, and I could not find a way to save it even if I wanted to, which is just terrible design. It is very unintuitive and the top navigation buttons didn't work and when I clicked them it just cleared my work. When I downloaded the offline version it worked just fine.

  4. Adobe becomes extremely slow when opening documents and editing them for any more than 15 minutes. Is there a reason why?

  5. I am a student at Gaziantep University in Turkey. Adobe does not have any student plan. Actually it has but it does not helpful. Prices are too high. We are student. We are not reach person. Why are not apps free for students? Will Adobe get rich by taking money from students? Useless, unnecessary and cruel system. Thanks to Adobe for helping students. If I graduate at University, I will make free programs for students. You will be my rival. Thanks so much.

  6. I'm writing to protest your outrageous fee increase. The monthly subscription went up by 25%!

    I don't see how you justify this. If there is another option besides Adobe, I will gladly cancel my account.

  7. miserable support and it really is very frustrating. I've attempted to contact support several times who say we don't chat about this product when i say what am i to do its not working. look into community support well what the **** i've done that for 3 flipping days since you don't have support on weekends so now once again the transfer stopped the support chat. WTF!!! totally sucks.

  13. The PDF proof I have on my hard drive appears to be in CMYK mode, whether it is or not - that's how it looks in Acrobat DC on my Mac. But I tested the Share function in the app by sending to my own email, so now I'm in my browser, looking at the proof I sent myself. And it all looks great, except completely wrong! That is, the colors are wrong. I'm looking at what looks like photos in RGB, but this should be CMYK. Isn't there a way to approximate CMYK in this web app where proofs…

  17. I have no options to preview pdf documents anymore, also, there is no options menu, just a indefinitely spinning wheel after clicking on 3 dots icon for more document options.

    Thanks for your patience. We are glad to let you know that the issue reported by you has been addressed. We request you to please try out the experience again and let us know if issue is fixed for you.

    It would be great if you can try on incognito mode or any other browser, where you have not used Acrobat earlier.

    I can't get to the details of my scanned documents. For ex, when I click on the ... button, it doesn't open.
    This problem seems to exist since yesterday.
    I use Brave as a browser and tried on Firefox but got the same problem.Can you help me please ?

Dear as an old client accepted terms but please note that and check from your system and chat records seeing that I got a discount and 3Months free but only I applied for an additional discount since I can't use main all features on my ChromeOS but after only online limited feature so asked an extra discount only, not cancelling, so please recover/restart my subscription with a extra discount since of non-able to use it on pc (chromeOS), please help me for my low budget and limited usage up to Adobe start giving full service to ChromeOS too, regards, azat…
