Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Ive tried numerous times to export a pdf to word and it fails every time. There are no details as to why and no way to determine what has gone wrong. Add to the fact that there is no support avenue I am less than impressed with the cloud service.

  2. You have turned "Sign" into a completely FUBAR product. In order to add a signer before sending, I have to cancel the entire project and start over? Who the **** designed this? A learning disabled chimpanzee? This SUCKS

  4. This new interface is pretty terrible. Not happy with our purchase at all so far.

    The Adobe Sign experience is now so much more difficult. I want to just delete a draft document and am unable to do so and it is really difficult to manage and access the signing experience.

    To change your language, sign in to https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/. Click on your account icon (just to the right of the bell). Then choose Settings (the first option you can select). You can pick your preferred language under User Locale (the first option at the top of the dialog).

    The Send and Track features are now part of Sharing files for viewing. You can share new files starting from the “Share Files” tool at https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/. You’ll find files you’ve previously shared under Shared – For Viewing on the left side.

  8. Wieso werde ich bei Anmeldung zu AdobeSign 3x(!) nach meinem Passwort gefragt? Das geschieht nicht nur hier, sondern auf verschiedenen Adobe-Anwendungen, die über die Creatice Cloud verknüpft sind. Nach dem ersten Anmeldebildschirm erfolgt eine Weiterleitung auf eine weitere URL (hier Echosign) mit erneuter Passwort-Abfrage, von da geht es zu documentcloud.adobe.com mit der dritten Eingabe. Das ist nicht vertrauenerweckend für ein Portal zum digitalen Vertragsmanagement! Bitte dringend ändern.

  14. I would like to request two feature.

    • Draw rectangle - useful for callout a specific area in an image. The "Add sticky note" could over the area and at time be unclear.
    • Review previous and new version side by side. This help compare the edits between the two version.

    With this new proof tool I under why Adobe hasn't purchase or created it's own project management tool.

  17. I need to review documents from Sept 2018 that are no longer available. Why aren't they available. Do you have a time frame for saving docs? I was unaware of a a time limit. You should email a warning before doc become unavailable and tell me that I need to save the document somewhere else. I need the information to dispute some charges. I want a refund for items that were charged to my accounts.

  20. I need to be able to delete both erroneously created templates, as well as documents. /link/home for document cloud is stacking up and it's becoming messy.
