Very Frustrated and Disappointed in This New Adobe - I like the old desktop versions better
I thought I was paying for adobe professional but this acts nothing like it, it's clunky and continues to spin on save endlessly, changes the orientation of my pdfs when i go to edit them and screws everything up. I've wasted the last 4 hours messing with this program to do simple crop and save tasks. What a waste. Forums state there are setting options, but I guess I'm not allowed to access those as I can't locate any options other than a very basic few that have nothing to do with the actual program settings. SO happy to see…

Bug Found - Multiline Text Field
RE: BUG FOUND - Webforms that are created from a PDF which already have Multiline Form Fields inserted do not display entire text in the form when filled out. Works as expected when Multiline Text Field is created while creating the webform on the acrobat.adobe.com website.
-Create a Text Field in a PDF, set it to Multiline from within Acrobat Pro
-Create webform by upload that PDF with the Multiline Text Field
-Fill out the webform and create new lines within the Multiline Text Field by hitting enter and adding text to each line, making sure that a scroll bar…

Editing PDFs on device is needed, not just viewing
Very slow to select items. Also, for Chrome OS users, we need to be able to edit files directly on the device instead of saving them to cloud storage, as that will let us edit files in our Google Drive without signing in. Much easier instead of worrying about access to our Google Drive being blocked.

Error wiped out all of my work
I just spent 30 minutes manually typing emails into the bulk send screen only to have an error wipe out all of my work. Is there some reason you can't save a DRAFT of our work so I don't have to start from scratch?

Is there no way to upload a list of recipients instead of having to manually type them in?

We are sorry you are having trouble with this feature. Could you provide more information about this issue? For example what was the error? Is this a recurrent issue? If so could you provide steps to reproduce it?
Also, you can copy and paste the list of emails directly without needing to type everything.

Cannot download copy of signed document
There used to be a feature that after you sign a document sent via email from another entity, I would get the option to download the document I just signed. However I no longer get this option and now I cannot access the document after I have signed it. Please bring back the option to download a copy of the signed document!

We are sorry you are having trouble with this feature. Please try following this steps:
- Login into Acrobat Web
- On the top bar, select Documents, should be to the right side of Home
- In Documents, scroll down the left panel until the end
- In Agreement section, click Completed
- Search in the list for the document you wish to download and click on it
- A panel should open in the right with the thumbnail of the document and details
- In Action section click Download PDF
With this you should be able to download the agreement you want.
If the agreement is not in this section, there's a possibility that the agreement has not been completed by all the parties or is missing your signature. You can search for it in the left panel either in In progress section or Waiting for you.

Horrible UX
Holy mother of god this app is HORRIBLE! It is not intuitive and not helpful. I am just trying to merge PDFs and it's accusing one of them of being certified or digitally signed. Funny thing is, it DOES NOT tell which of the PDFs. I also couldn't find anywhere that could tell if an individual PDF is either certified or digitally signed.
Also, for the good lord, where is the link to download the desktop app? Your UX sucks!1 vote -

text alignment error
When editing an agreement template, the "middle alignment" and "right alignment" in the text options are swapped. You have to click the middle alignment symbol to make it actually be right aligned in the usable copy.

Still waiting
I am pretty disappointed that I requested a quote for service in the call back I received and 4 days later I have still not received it, and I don't have the patient to "chat" with the AI again, this would be the 5th time and my contacts keep getting closed without being resolved, time for me to find a different service...
