For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I have been trying to attach the audit report to documents returned by Fill and Sign. The instructions provided in help function are unclear. I tried the chat function to get clarification on some of the instructions, the response is infuriatingly slow and the responder/robot does not appear to be able to follow the conversation, and answer questions about information that it sent me in links.

  2. You need to vastly improve the training of your support staff- I went through 5 agents and three hours of my time trying to get a simple question answered- one agent 'Priya' completely misinformed me about HIPAA compliance and a BAA contract associated with upgrading to Adobe Acrobat DC --Me: "Does that plan offer a BAA contract and is it HIPAA compliant?"

    "Yes, as it includes Adobe sign features in it. Once I will change your plan I will connect you to the Adobe sign support and they will help you with the BAA contract."

  3. I asked how to reorder pages. It allowed me to do it one time. However, it didn't reorder the pages, and now it won't let me try again. I can't afford to purchase the software because it is extremely expensive. Is there any way of doing this without paying the outrageous price?

  4. Please stop all the annoying popups that show every time I open a new PDF. The "restore" popup is so terrible! It gets in the way of my document and I have to close it every time. I've searched online for a way to turn it off and can't find it. Thanks.

  5. I can't contact you. I can't delete completed "For Signature" files that I was told need to be deleted by my workplace. I can't send documents via Adobe and the cloud at my work. Can you please help me delete the documents so I can have a job?

  8. what an absolute piece of **** this app has become.
    All I want to do is combine 11 pdfs into one scrollable seamless file in proper order and It only goes back into my history and won't let me begin a new document. Why all this angst and absolute *****. Every 2 months I want simply to create a multi page document from individual pdfs. And I pay monthly for this **** app that used to be so simple and now is totally complicated and ******. And leaves me nowhere else to go. That's progress for you.

  9. It should be possible to edit prefill data after agreement is sent (but before it is signed) or copy prefill data to new agreement. For example, if I spend 30 minutes typing in the exact services offered on an SOW, and then send the agreement but the client doesn't like the terms of the SOW, I should be able to edit the SOW instead of having to start from scratch. At a minimum, it should be possible to copy an agreement to another agreement (as opposed to editing the original one), where the original agreement's prefill data is available to…

  10. When I create a signable document by uploading more than one document, I would like to be able to later replace one of the documents if that document is updated. As it is today, when I create a signable document from multiple documents, it is a totally nuclear document...I can't replace one of the documents unless I rebuild the whole template from scratch.

  11. It would be nice to be able to delete, add, or edit pages in a signable document. As it is today, if I add a page to a signable document, it's there to stay unless I create a new template. This is annoying because some documents take FOREVER to prepare because they have a lot of form fields. If I have to remove/add/change the underlying document, I have to redo the entire template. What a load of ****.

  12. I am not able to view a project I shared. It will not open in acrobat or the web browser just spins. All my other co-workers can open the file just fine.

  13. It would really save me a lot of time to be able to add/remove signers while editing the signable document. Some documents have a thousand fields you have to add, and when you learn you've missed a signer, or added the wrong signer, you have to cancel and start all over again.

  14. My adobe crashed multiple times a day. This often happens when I move the document to another screen on my computer.

    I would like to be contacted about this issue. This makes your program far less useful.

  15. On the Documents tab, the "In Progress" screen, it would be helpful for that screen to show, perhaps just under the currently-single line, the most recent activity, and the filenames that were uploaded for signature. Thank you for considering this feature request.

  18. Actually, I'm really irritated. Somehow, one of my private files has ended up on your cloud. I did not save my file to your cloud and I would like to delete it. However, you have made it IMPOSSIBLE to work out how to delete a file from your cloud. I would like to know where you've hidden the delete file function. I don't know if you're able to view my files (I hope not!) but I don't want my files on your network and I'm sure I'm not the only person who has suffered this. And it is a disgrace…

    There is no option to contact an email address or phone number for Adobe and the help is just a series of links. This is terrible customer service.
