Adobe Acrobat Comments - You Ruined the Product
Oh my ******* god, will you stop changing Acrobat and adding layers of stupid functionality that no one works? And why do you keep pushing upgrades to my subscription, or separate subscriptions? when I don't need it? Somehow I have 3 duplicate Adobe account bills because your apps dishonestly state that I don't have an account.
Adobe has become so evil. You're horrible and you've made the product significantly worse. As soon as I can find a competitor, I'm moving over. You guys hate your customers.

system slow, and glitchy
this "app" is very slow and unresponsive. I had to OPEN my document in the Desktop APP to get it to print

nefunkční nástroj, mnou upravený a vložený text zmizel a neuložil se
Pracovala jsem tři hodiny na vkládání textu do pdf v tomto vašem online nástroji a po snaze uložit svou práce se mi uložil pouze prvotne nahraný soubor a smazala se veškerá má práce, co mám dělat, jsem pekelně naštvaná, v čem jsem udelala chybu?

Make online the same as desktop (desktop actually works)
Adobe Acrobat online cannot read text correctly. I import a document and ask the software to "edit" so I can select very clear text from the document. The software adds little random boxes around sections of text and will not allow me to just select the text. It is completely useless. The desktop version works fine. Why are they not the same. I cannot be the first person who has complained about this. I pay for this service monthly, and it does not work. I am looking for a different service.

Can't use any of the tools
I cannot use any of the edit tools in my Acrobat. When I log in I receive an error message "unable to load recent documents. Try again later". When I click on Edit to try and combine files, there are no options available. I have attached screenshots. The error message disappears too quick to get. If I can't use this product, can I please have a pro rata refund and cancel my subscription? thegrowls@bigpond.com

Refund my cc
I cancelled my Adobe and uninstalled in my computer on Dec.13 On Dec. 15th my CC was charged for 2 programs for $39.29.
Please refund my CC with this amount - all efforts to contact anyone have gone unanswered- email undeliverable and no Representative ever called me back1 vote -
Online version doesn't always work
I have a paid subscription. Often when I open a PDF in the browser, edit the part that needs to change (I add a date and time to an invoice to say that it is processed - text only), the parts I added disappears and I waste my time using your browser version.... what a waste.

No AI bar on the bottom of every PDF
It would be great if there was a way to turn off the AI bar that is now showing up on every PDF I open or create. It gets in the way and is not useful.

easy, no zip single file conversion
A VAST improvement would be that converted files are not in zip form. I hate this. Work with Microsoft to accommodate file conversion in Eleven and beyond.

PDF to Excel - fix ASAP please
Converting PDF to Excel has not worked for weeks. The page messes up and the excel file can not be downloaded. Please fix this ASAP.
