For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. I have not been able to print for a couple months because of this problem. I don't understand why I am the only one having this problem but I receive no help and the only thing I receive is to pay this much a month. Maybe I would pay if someone could help me.

    Thanks for reaching out to us and trying Acrobat web. Regarding your question, there is a way to check for invoice and your current plan. Please follow below steps:

    1. Login to acrobat.adobe.com with your user

    2. After you sign in, click on profile icon at your top right corner

    3. Click on Adobe Account option below user name

    4. You will be redirected to a web page where you can check your plans and invoice under "Plans and payment" 


    Please try this out and ket us know if this still solves the issue.

  8. your product is WAY too expensive. $350pa - wth! no way i'd pay $30pm for something i use infrequently. If you had a more reasonable amount i would definitely consider it, but i will stick with free options for now.

  9. the new layout of adobe sign is horrible to use!!!!! I don't need all the functions from editing PDFs, I need to easily find my templets and documents. Now can't even search only with in Templates???! it always give me all the result from all the agreements...I don't understand why do you combine adobe sign with the acrobat interface, it's a horrible idea

  10. I hate your online portal. I have an Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription and I can't do anything I want to do. I need to Prepare a form, there's no option to do this. I need to be able to enter text into a PDF, then download for someone to sign and I can't do that. I tried to set up a Template, that allows me to pre-fill some fields and when I try to use it, it also wants me to sign as Participant 1. I just want to use the Adobe Acrobat desktop software and I can't do that…

    Hi Jennifer, 

    Thanks for your feedback. Fill & Sign has a toolbar where you and drog and drop text fields. There are also PDF tools available for editing PDF. You will find them in Edit flyout or the tools page. Have you tried it? 

    As for Template, it shouldn't require you to sign if it doesn't have a signature field assigned to you (Sender). You can change the recipient (assignee) of any field by right clicking on the field and select Edit. 

    Also when you send it out for signature, make sure you do NOT add your self as a Recipient since all recipients will be required to sign. If you have any non-signature fields assigned to Sender in the document, you will be asked to prefill before it's sent out.

  14. By making it work!
    I have submitted two documents, one with 2 counterparties, one with three, carefully ensuring that all email addresses are correct. I get an email each time confirming that the doc has been sent for signature.
    None are ever received by the signers.
    The signers carefully checked their spam folders. Nothing. Reminders are not delivered, either.

  15. I'm highly dissatisfied with this experience, I waited an extremely long time to fill out and sign two documents. The filling out process went fine, but when it went to signing everything fell apart. Somehow the system saved the document with a small signature, not the one I resized, and you can't fix/delete those after saving. Once I put an entirely new page in, the signature would go in fine, but then it would "save my changes" forever after it already said "Changes Saved" and then it wouldn't download correctly or print. I will never use this again.

  16. Your form filling is bad, the letters are too big for the input boxes so most of the form inputs are only partly elligible. You should include an option to change the size of the text.
