For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Not interested in signing up with Acrobat just so I can print ONE DOCUMENT! But even then, I COULD NOT PRINT THE DOCUMENT! I SEE URGING TO UPGRADE! I DINT EVEN WANT TO BE HERE! FINALLY, IT DIES NOT ALLOW ME TO DELETE MYSELF! I’m on my cell phone doing this so less is best!

  2. All of my files in the Document Cloud obtained via Adobe Scan have disappeared. I required some very important, time-sensitive files, which to my dismay were suddenly missing. This is not a problem I have ever had before and I am baffled.

    The files are not in my Previous Scans in Adobe Scan, even in the All Scans section.

    The files are not in the Document Cloud, whether in the Adobe Scan Folder or otherwise.

    The files are not in the trash.

    The files are not in any of the Creative Cloud folders.

    Every single one of them is just…

  4. When I have scanned new documents on the mobile, the first thing I want to do is renaming the documents. As this is much more effective and faster I want to do this via Desktop Browser (or in the Windows File-Explorer if I could access the acrobat-cloud directly).

    To be able to define a proper filename I need to see a preview to know what was scanned. Therefore a preview-pane in the documents list-view would be useful to avoid switching to detail-view for every document.

  5. There are embedded shortcuts that cause problems. For example "home" sends you to the beginning of the file, and "end" - to the end. "Tab" sends you to the next comment. In a large file hitting these keys by mistake causes difficulties. There should be a way to disable these shortcuts. And there should be a way to create other shortcuts , like those using 2 keys, that are less proned to be done by mistake.

  6. how do I open adobe pro? I keep clicking get the desktop app. I install, and then it just opens adobe reader. This is infuriating and makes adobe look bush league. I am immensely unimpressed with your sub par product, your sub par team, and your worthless website.

  8. I cannot view my profile, I just get a blank page. I signed up for a free trial, and none of that seems to work. I still have "try for free" all over the place and I can't access any of the acrobat tools. Adobe is supposed to be top tier, and this feels like a half done college project. Your checkout screen works great though!

  10. ich habe jetzt das pro abo abgeschlossen und trotzdem lässt er mich die funktionen nicht verwenden. nach gefühlten 100mal ein und ausloggen - fragt er immer noch nach dem Abo - ernsthaft?!?!?

  16. The first free compression that you allowed reduced the file to terrible quality ( ususable), I had clicked the box for compression to a final file of 12mb, yet it gave me a 525k file that was useless. Now you want me to do a free trial. I feel that you are not being honest and tricking me to sign up. Not happy and would appreciate another attempt before I have to sign up

  18. I am not able to combine pdf files and compress feature also not available. What is the use of providing acrobat services when these features are not provided. Planning to end the subscription

  19. Bug report: when using the online pdf fill & sign tool, I filled a form and signed it. When I downloaded it, I discovered all signatures and filled data was OK, except fields filled with Hebrew text. English or numbers were OK. Since this was a government issued form, the only acceptable language is Hebrew and I wasn't able to fill it. Note that the Hebrew text was saved and appeared online fine - it's the downloaded version that was faulty.

  20. Very disappointed in my Adobe Acrobat experience. I purchased the PDF pack assuming I could create a pdf form. I am not able to without also purchasing the Pro pack. I've invested ANOTHER $70.00 a year in a software I cant use.
