Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Impossible to download or view the pdf uploaded on Adobe Acrobat, that's quite incredible to see that the most basic feature doesn't work and that I should go on a free alternative to reacht he desired output.

    Thanks for your patience. We are glad to let you know that the issue reported by you has been addressed. We request you to please try out the experience again and let us know if issue is fixed for you.

    It would be great if you can try on incognito mode or any other browser, where you have not used Acrobat earlier.

  3. What happened to being able to remove the date/time stamp to the signatures? Previously, it was easy to turn it off/on under settings. You need to reinstall that feature. There is no clear way to turn off the date/time stamp now.

  4. There is no way to check the date and time I shared a file with a receipient. I would say this is fundamental information.

    Are you still seeing the issue? It'd help us on investigating the problem if you could provide more details. Which tool were you using? Did you see the issue with any PDF or a particular PDF? Could you share the document with us?

How can I remove the unnecessary speech bubbles that cover up all the comments made on a marked up pdf? you are making the markup feature useless by adding these speech bubbles, anyone I send the document to cannot read the comments because they are covered by a big red box, Adobe needs to remove this, I know how to turn it off in the desktop app, but the Adobe links open in a web browser and I cannot get rid of these speech bubbles

    Tried the link below but I went to Account Settings but no ability to change Global Settings.

  15. MAY I KNOW WHY ADOBE E-SIGNATURE IS NOT SENDING THE SIGNATURE REQUEST TO EMAIL GIVEN? I'VE TRIED DO MANY TIMES. THIS IS REALLY MAKE ME UPSET AS I'M UNABLE TO RECEIVE E-SIGN APPROVAL AND IT CAUSE DELAY IN MY WORK AS TO DO IT MANUALLY. I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS ISSUE BEFORE. PLEASE HELP TO SOLVE THIS A.S.A.P!
