For a new bug:

  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Slow upload - unsatiisfactory

    In recent times I find the uploading of documents and conversion extremely slow - very often not completing. Very unsatisfactory. I have High Speed Broadband (400+mbps + ethernet cable)so this should not be happening.

  2. Unable to share file

    I keep getting an error message saying this: "You have reached the maximum number of recipients. You can instead click "Get a link" to generate a shared link." There are no recipients for this file...

  5. HOW TO EXTRACT OFFICE 365 MAILBOX TO PST ?

    Office 365 is an enterprise application with more advanced features than any other application. It is based on cloud-based technology such that it can be accessed anywhere and from any machine. However, Office 365 does not have any bankruptcy backup option to support the local copy of data for safekeeping.

    BENEFITS OF EXTRACTING OFFICE 365 MAILBOXES

    Data backup is demanded in case of contact
    To protect the email files from corruption
    Data protection is required to protect from misuse

  6. Signatures on forwarded documents really small

    Really really frustrating....Bizarrely when sent by others, my signature and initials are showing up in documents in really small image. It is not my signature which fills the signature so some bug in the formatting. Wish I could contact someone but seems that it is almost impossible to find a chat....

  19. file convert save location

    When a pdf is converted to docx or xlsx, the save location for the resulting docx or xlsx file should be the folder in which the underlying, original PDF is situated. Defaulting back to the main directory is time consuming and unnecessary.

  20. Shared documents, especially forms, should be editable by other users

    Sharing documents via Document cloud should allow for other users to EDIT the document along with comments. It makes no sense to share a document that can only have edits which come back to the original person that have to be typed by the original personal. The "approval" workflow has to allow for a reviewer to make changes on the document. PARTICULARLY FOR FILLABLE FORMS that are shared.
