For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Your Adobe Fill and Sign SUCKS

    Boy does this online experience SUCK. I just want to edit the fields of a PDF, and I used to be able to do that on my desktop. Now you make me upload the document and go to something called Adobe fill and sign. I wait 5+ minutes while a circle spins and the message is Loading Adobe Sign...

    Forget it! This is just STUPID. Goodbye.

  3. new layout

    The new layout is awful. All of the options and features I use are now hidden behind 15 sub menus. Please put back to how it was!

  8. AdobeSign Improvement

    When using AdobeSign it is really frustrating when you get to the stage of adding the signature fields and you realise a page or document is missing or you have compiled in the incorrect order that you cannot go back and make changes. You have to start from the very beginning again! We would love to see this changed!

    What have you done? You used to have a nice product. Now the add in won't work within the app and I have to do everything via a browser, even though I am logged in. I can't see the pages big enough to organise them and you save the files as a different name? It's awful!

    viewing large documents very slow... pages appear blank and then slowly (like dot matrix printer slow) fill in.

  12. Downloading Acrobat DC Pro

    Hi, I can't seem to download Adobe Acrobat DC Pro. The installer package starts to run, but only downloads to 9.2 percent, and then stops, repeatedly. Please let me know how I can download DC Pro without this problem. Thank you.

  13. Implement Document Cloud in Enterprise Storage

    Dear Adobe Team,

    please add the Document Cloud Storage to the Enterprise Storage possibility like with Creative Cloud solution. We need the ability to download the Document Cloud data of a Federared ID user as a ZIP folder. Please get in contact if more informations are needed.

  15. Export-Funktion sehr schlechte Qualität

    Die Funktion "PDF exportieren" von PDF zu Word funktioniert schlechter als die gratis online Versionen. Habe 24 euro für nichts bezahlt. Mich wird Adobe nicht zweimal verarschen.

  17. Dateien zusammenfügen

    Das man nur 12 Dateien zusammenfassen kann ist totaler Schwachsinn und passt überhaupt nicht zum normalen Arbeitsalltag. Jedes kostenlose Onlinetool fasst mehr zusammen. Wir bezahlen viel Geld jeden Monat für die Creative Cloud und dürfen nur 12 Dateien zusammen fügen???? Was ein Schwachsinn das zu begrenzen. 2 GB könnte ich ja verstehen.

  20. Horrible non-user friendly product

    Please deploy software that works. I am in my 3rd night of trying to get a boy scout to stop using your cloud service to complete the Adobe fillable file, he cannot save or access it, he opened an account, and then you denied him access to his file. Now he sends me a link that wont open with an error message to download the latest version. I am using a 2 week old computer, its up to date.
