Opaque and dangerous system
This is a terrifying breach of document security. Your system is so opaque and so complicated that I cannot figure out how to use it correctly. Now it appears that ANYONE with the link can access my private business documents, and there's nothing I can do to secure it or delete these items.

WTF? Why does my echosign now redirect me to a "document cloud" and I cannot manage reminders anymore?

New Adobe Sign is horrendous, not well organised, the previous version was great.
Hi guys, for the adobe sign part, I really don't like the new look, is there a way to go back to the old version, as it was much easier to navigate who signed what form etc. Now its very difficult.

pour le site, je ne sais pas, je ne vois pas l'intérêt du service. en général google drive ou one drive font mieux le travail.
pour ce qui est du logiciel, c'est de pire en pire. j'aimerais vraiment faire un retour sur le sujet, mais l'utilisateur est bon qu'à payer non ?

new lay out is confusing and hard to navigate
I no longer can see the clients I have sent contracts to. everything just gives the template name. Also I cant figure out how to finish prefilling a item I started. This is so confusing.

Combine Files in Browser - Order of Documents is not Alphabetical
Using Adobe Acrobat DC and Adobe PDF Services online.
I'm combining files with the same name with a number on the end, to indicate the order to combine the files.
When I drop them into the desktop app, no problem - they order in the same way that they would when I sort the files by name (alphabetically) and they put the files in order 1,2,3,4 - duh!
Drop them into the Combine PDF tool in Adobe PDF services in my internet browser (chrome), and it goes like this 2,3,4,1. Sometimes it's completely out of order like 3,2,4,1.

Very Frustrated and Disappointed in This New Adobe - I like the old desktop versions better
I thought I was paying for adobe professional but this acts nothing like it, it's clunky and continues to spin on save endlessly, changes the orientation of my pdfs when i go to edit them and screws everything up. I've wasted the last 4 hours messing with this program to do simple crop and save tasks. What a waste. Forums state there are setting options, but I guess I'm not allowed to access those as I can't locate any options other than a very basic few that have nothing to do with the actual program settings. Adobe needs to fix their presence in Google's ecosystem
The aggravating thing with Adobe is this: on Microsoft, Adobe has built an empire. In Google's world...not much to show, other than Android, and the lack of apps on Chrome OS. Chrome OS are laptops too, so please give us the same apps Windows and Mac get, so we don't have to hear "Windows and Mac" over and over again! For Acrobat on web, we can't even edit files on the device without uploading to cloud storage, meaning if we can't add Adobe to our Google Drive, Chrome OS users that also use Google Classroom can make changes, but they…

Issues with Adobe sign - signature blocks moving
The updates to adobe sign are causing issues with block placement. The signature blocks look fine in the "review" but when they are saved and sent, the block move to different areas of the document and shift places. PLEASE FIX ASAP!

Mutiple documents for signature
Recently a change was made that disallowed me to send multiple documents for signature to the same person at the same time. I now have to send them separately which takes three times as long to do. Please revert it to the way that it was.

We are sorry you are having trouble with the new update. You can revert to the previous version of Request signature by following this steps:
- Click on your profile
- Select Settings
- In E-signing settings, uncheck the box for "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures"
- Click Save and wait for the confirmation toast
This will apply only to NEW drafts created after changing this setting, please let us know if this resolve the issue.

STOP THE POP UPS I CAN'T USE YOUR WEB APP
I freaking hate your pop ups. I can no longer x out of them, so I can't actually use your web app because I can't navigate to the correct buttons to proceed through the adobe sign process. They give repetitive and unhelpful information. They come up EVERY SINGLE TIME I need to send a document via adobe sign. I don't want a response, I just want them to be turned off.

ACROBAT INTERFACE LOCKING ME OUT!
My Acrobat interface continually fades to gray and does not allow me access to any controls. It is frustrating and so annoying!!! WTH?? Its almost like it's locking me out for not being signed in, but I clearly am!!
