my account charges
I did not realize until now that 16.45 per MONTH has been automatically deducted from my account. There is NO way this amount is justified for the occasional PDF conversions during home use. If there are NO other cost options for these services PLEASE discontinue my account.

Unable to Assign and request signatures
I am unable to Request signatures from our Corporate account. I can add email addresses but it will not allow me to proceed to the next screen to indicate where signatures are to sit.

Convert from PDF to Word
Contact Centre is very frustrating. I cannot find any answer to my questions. I just aid for a year subscription and it still does not convert my PDF document into Word. It would have been faster to retype

In explorer, I keep getting this error message (attached) and in Chrome the wheel just spins and I cannot work w/in my account either. This has been happening for a very long time. Why?

Sign Button is labeled badly
I'm getting a significant number of people saying that they signed the form, but I hadn't received it...
The Problem... your button for submitting the form says "Sign Document", but they all thought they had already signed the document when they clicked on the Signature lines... the button needs "SUBMIT SIGNED DOCUMENT" or "COMPLETE" or "SEND SIGN DOCUMENT" and one client said there was a pop-up blocking the "Sign Document" button so thought they were done after filling in signature spots.4 votes -

Dere kan forbedre ved at det IKKE må ventes med å signere av andre enn første jeg skriver på. Dette gjelder i mitt liv i dette tilfelle og har derfor skrevet testamente. De andre er klare til å underskrive, men får ikke mulighet og jeg synes at når jeg betaler som uføretrygdet og privat person burde få såpass ut av de pengene jeg betaler inn.

When I convert my pdf to Word, the conversion is horrible, despite the fact that I am converting a book I wrote and it is fine, honestly, this program does not work and I would like to get my money back, because I paid to have this function

New Adobe Sign is abysmal - go back to old version
Every time you make a change to Adobe Sign it becomes less and less user friendly.
It is now practically unusable and we will be looking to move to a different provider at the end of our contract unless it is rectified to be user friendly. We have been with you for years, but this is just impossible to work with.
Just go back to the original format, it was easy, convenient, quick and simple to use. All you have done is make it worse with every update.
Or give people the option to use the classic mode, as default.…4 votes -

The new layout is awful. All of the options and features I use are now hidden behind 15 sub menus. Please put back to how it was!

Where art thou templates?
This platform is terrible. Where are my templates? Why does the "create template" keep disappearing in the menu? I am so disappointed in this Adobe product.

Search should also search in pdf file content
I would expect the search function on documentcloud.adobe.com to search in the content of the pdf-files. But it seems as if it does not. I have tried to copy OCR-text from a pdf saved in document cloud, pasted one of the words in the search fields and none files are identified.
I would highly appreciate a search function actually searching the content of the files, not only the file names. This would also be great in the Adobe Scan app.

Bad Customer Experience
I am an Adobe employee, and I am having problems with my Adobe DC product. I've reached out for help via phone and chat. It's been over 30 minutes and I haven't reached anyone, and I haven't received any update about progress toward speaking with someone.
This is bad. I'm a bit embarrassed this is the experience. Thought we were further along in this regard.
Happy to share my experience with a support manager in San Jose, if needed.
