Thank you for reaching out. Have you tried the "Open in Excel" feature after converting your PDF to Excel file format for better viewing experience?

Would be very helpful to be able to send the signature request via text message link, so that customer gets a text alert message and opens link into the e-sign website.

can't upload a jpg with my signature
can't Add a Signature from an Image taken with a mobile phone. I've never encountered such a problem previously.
The file size is 56kb, the file is a jpg, unlocked.
The same image always worked when using Acrobat on previous devices (Mac)4 votes -
can't find how to download Acrobat pro
you make it IMPOSSIBLE to simply download Adobe Acrobat Pro. IMPOSSIBLE!!!! I have spent over 15 min searching this site and GOOGLING how to simply get a program I pay for onto my computer. It should be immediately accessible.

Adobe Acrobat Pro server problems!
I pay a monthly $14.99 to use Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. I use the sign document feature daily with our Service Ticket agreements for my clients. However, the last few weeks I cannot get any work done in a timely manner. Adobe Acrobat Pro locks up while logging in, opening documents, sending templates to clients for signing, editing templates, etc., etc. It has become a minute by minute nightmare. I thought it might be my wifi or computer but no matter which computer I use, iPad, iPhone, wifi, etc. Adobe Acrobat Pro is problematic. I am ready to through it…

Give option for different colors on Fill & Sign on Adobe Acrobat Online, all documents only showing in black and white

Are you requesting different colors for data you're filling in the form fields? When you said "all documents only showing in black and white" do you mean the entire document is in black and white or just the form fields? Documents with different text colors should be rendered with the colors on Fill & Sign. Please provide a screenshot (and a test document if possible), if documents with text in colors are not displayed correctly.

I'm paying for literally nothing usable
I hate your online portal. I have an Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription and I can't do anything I want to do. I need to Prepare a form, there's no option to do this. I need to be able to enter text into a PDF, then download for someone to sign and I can't do that. I tried to set up a Template, that allows me to pre-fill some fields and when I try to use it, it also wants me to sign as Participant 1. I just want to use the Adobe Acrobat desktop software and I can't do that…

Thanks for your feedback. Fill & Sign has a toolbar where you and drog and drop text fields. There are also PDF tools available for editing PDF. You will find them in Edit flyout or the tools page. Have you tried it?
As for Template, it shouldn't require you to sign if it doesn't have a signature field assigned to you (Sender). You can change the recipient (assignee) of any field by right clicking on the field and select Edit.
Also when you send it out for signature, make sure you do NOT add your self as a Recipient since all recipients will be required to sign. If you have any non-signature fields assigned to Sender in the document, you will be asked to prefill before it's sent out.

Adobe Sign app not working at all
Adobe Sign app doesn’t show any docs out for signature and when go to Sign section it’s still got link for Get App even though I am in the Adobe sign app!

Keyboard shortcut for "add text comment"
Please add a keyboard shortcut for the "add text comment" tool. I use this all the time and even with it in my quick tools it is cumbersome and slow to have to constantly mouse around.
