2. Poor performance

   Fix everything.
   Very difficult menus.
   I upload 67 documents and the program just keeps spinning, nothing happens
   Try to convert, stupid icon just spins nothing happens, try to pdf, icon just spins nothing happens. Wouldn't even let me click this feedback form until I refreshed page, losing all my files. Program is broken. Can't even upload a small batch of documents without program freezing, and to charge money for this, crazy. Glad this is my free trial

4. Adobe scan - poor scan quality all of a sudden

   The quality of scans of my Adobe Scan app recently became significantly worse. I have an iPhone 14, and did nothing to change any of the settings. The photo scan quality is significantly worse than what it was a couple months ago. I would appreciate assistance in bringing back the previous (better) scan quality. Thanks

5. Awful functionality -- Can't insert pages or combine files

   I am unable to add any new pages or or combine any documents. Highly recommend you fix this feature as I paid to upgrade my account to get access to more advanced features and they simply won't work.

6. Can't send image to back of PDF

   Your products are absolutely terrible. I cannot do extremely simple things. I can't change the color of these boxes. I can't even move them. I can't send them to the back of my PDF. Thanks for charging me money to use the most frustrating product of all time.

13. cannot compress a file that is 7mb to below 5mb

    In Singapore, some oganisation wants us to compress and submit file lesser than 5mb.
    
    I have this file that is 7mb and compressed and the PDF kept prompting me that its the smallest compressed already. Can help?

14. The app log me out everytime I close it. Why ? How to fix it ?

    Your aggressive push of AI Assistant that forces the useful buttons like download and print beyond the ... on the online platform makes your product more of a hassle to use and makes me less likely to do so.
