Adobe is the worst software ever. It holds people ******* who do not have it. It forces people to buy it just to do basic business functions. THE WORST!!!!!!!

Adobe PRO not uploading with all features
I have a new lap top & trying to upload software which I was successful with. However, all of the features of Adobe Pro are not loading. The 'edit PDF' feature is not loading.
This is the MAIN reason I subscribe and need help getting it to load.Please have someone contact me to assist in this.

Worse application I have ever seen!
This is the most frustrating system I've ever used. I can't even access my files that way you have me set up here. Please stop charging me $14.99 a month for such lousy service Adobe!

You really should be able to give more information when viewing the columns of "recent" and such documents you sent for signature. For instance a column showing WHO you sent it to for signature is helpful because then I don't have to click on 7 files to find the right one since they are the same file sent to different people.

Adobe Sign / Adobe Web Forms Zap (Zapier)
I want to request that Adobe writes a Zap (Zapier) for Adobe Sign. I am utilizing Adobe Web Forms and Sign to get my contracts signed. When the contract signatures are complete, I need to send the data I collect in the Web Forms to applications like Google Contacts and QuickBooks Online. IT IS ABSURD THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR A SUBSCRIPTION JUST TO ADD 2 PAGES TO A SINGLE PDF. WHY? THIS IS PREDATORY PRACTICE OF FORCING PEOPLE INTO PAYING FOR SOMETHING THEY ONLY NEED ONCE.

This is just far too hard.
I'm a new user and its impossible to understand how to use this. I mean how do I download the product to my desktop and I want to put it on my lap top. Can't you make it easier, I mean Life's short.

TERRIBLE BILLING PRACTICE
You are terrible people forcing me to pay an excessive feee if I want to cancel the product. This is just bad business practice. I was looking at the service to see if I needed it...I do not. I am not a big business but one person work. This is not needded for me. I can't believe I have to pay well over one hundered dollars for a service I would want to cancel. You guys are a RIP OFF and Awful.

your authentication and support are a complete and total waste... infinte loops, not helpful support people that just disconnect chat and leave you hanging. Absolute worst software experience I have ever had

Why have I been paying for this service for a year when I cancelled it? I see you have now started another year of subscription when I cancelled this already.

Technical Issue
I'm not able to access my firm's 'Shared by Others' documents tab as well as the Templates.
Trying to solve this issue has been extremely frustrating due to the lack of support from customer service.

OneDrive connection unsat
Cannot download app. How do i get refund?
It is trying to force me to connect my OneDrive or use in Webversion. I do not want that. I just want the app on my machine.Error message attached. very frustrating.
If app install on desktop is not possible, please apply refund/cancellation.

Feature suggestions
hello
as a user that is increasingly using the Acrobat product (and particularly Adobe cloud), I've started thinking about features that would make the product so much more useful than it already is:
- people read tons of PDFs, but these are often organized somehow, in my case by project. it would be very useful if notes, highlights can be structured more centrally, and aggregated by project. E.g. the 'top folder' (ultimate folder the user, top folder right underneath it). any highlights could potentially be 'labeled' so that these can be filtered and aggregated by topic.

Push new sales not help existing subscription
My laptop died, I got a new PC and I can see all information in my account about new products you'd like to sell me, but no information or links on how to download the product I actually subscribe to and need to install on my new device!!
