Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Adobe acrobat pro is uselees since i have to log in each time i want tio use the ****** app. and the password is too complicated for me to remember since i use the ****** software only to support otther adobe users with their adobe problems. I use 5 min each time to start the ******* app

  8. Such a poor design of application. There is no search bar even. Really vexed with this online web application design. I am a adobe cloud customer for last 5 years, this product really is your worst among all.

  13. I recently would log into my Adobe Sign account and it would take me directly to the form. Now it takes me to this Adobe tools page I care nothing about and wastes my time while I find the Sign tool.

  15. I signed up the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC subscription, but when I sign into adobe main page, it doesn't show me what I am have subscriptions. When I go the PDF & e-signatures tab, the explicit reason I signed up for the service, there is still no indication that I am currently subscribed to the service. In fact, there is still the buy link on the page.

    This is super confusing. Users who have subscriptions should immediately see they have subscriptions and not be prompted again.

  20. I just had a very bad experience with one of your support people - Felicity. She was never rude or impolite but the experience was horrible. Once we screen shared and she had control of my machine, it appeared she was just 'fiddling' and 'guessing' about how to accomplish what I was asking. She also gave no warning when she took over control and didn't allow me to type in the chat.
