For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  6. Use text instead of icons for "people" column

    The "People" column in the agreements and shared tabs isn't useful. Please show people's names, not icons. None of the people I share documents with have photos associated with their accounts so I have no idea who the "people" are.

  7. Thanks, for making processes soooo complicated!

    WORST!
    HELP!!!
    I tried to use your Adobe. Afyter converting to Word, it told me to sign in.
    "your account alredy exists"??? No!
    Then, I had to sidn in again... and my Documenmt is gone!
    Now: I simply want to convert to Word!!!

  8. Features End of Life in Adobe Document Cloud

    Please don't deprecate the send and track features. I have a business process that will be impacted if you do. You haven't given any details on the enhancements but based on the past "improvements" I'm almost certain it will involve me having to develop an entirely new business process from scratch.

    Not satisfied.It split the wrong pages.
    The page numbersand pdf page numbersare different.
    If Adobe wants to win it has to provide a better solution for experience.
    It's free for first attemptbut invain.

  14. useless encryption that cannot be changed ever...

    I have been trying to remove encryption about an hour now... Not very handy this program at all. Password that I created myself in 2 minutes is seems no w something I cannot get rid of in anyways...

  15. PDF schützen nicht mehr möglich

    Man kann plötzlich von heute auf morgen keine PDFs mehr schützen. Stattdessen soll man zusätzlich bezahlen. Besonders kurios wird das alles, wenn man auf die Webseite ohne Login geht. Dann kann man die Funktion nutzen.

  16. Acrobat pro niet meer lokaal

    Ik kom er achter dat al mijn Acrobat Pro functionaliteiten niet meer lokaal staan, maar in de cloud geregeld moeten worden. Als dat zo is, dan stop ik met het abonnement.

    Thanks for reaching out to us and apology for any inconvenience caused. Please let us know if you are still facing issues with Combine files. It would be great if you could share snapshot for error that you faced while trying combine flow

  20. terrible product

    this product is working so poorly im extremely upset. when i converted my pdf to word, the formatting is so poor and off. i'm wasting precious business time trying to edit when i could recreate the entire document and save myself frustration and money without using your converter.
