2. A impressão do arquivo pdf aparece com o menu lateral direito

   Estou tendo o seguinte problema: -Todos os arquivos pdf que eu abro ou salvo aparecem com o menu lateral direito completo, não posso enviar esses documentos para obter meu certificado digital dessa forma, pois isso dará a oportunidade dos documentos serem alterados sem o meu conhecimento. 3. No mass editing of footers

   Document has footers, but there is no way to edit the main header/footer text, has to be done on each footer...

4. Adobe Support Feedback

   The live agent wasn't able to understand the issue and kept asking me to purchase a subscription.

   I have a live subscription plan that allows me free access to some Acrobat features. I eventually found out myself that I had reached the daily limit of transactions and I can continue the next day. I wished the agent could have told me that instead of going around in circles education me about subscription benefits.

5. Color Tool

   Acrobat used to have a tool feature that allowed you to check and see what colors were actually used in the file, PMS, RGB, CMYK.

   This feature ought to be brought back.

6. Share as flattened copy

   With the newest update files no longer share as a flattened copy even when this option is clicked in settings. I opened the pdf, clicked the 3 dots to get a menu drop down, select share a copy, click send via email, enter the email, the receiver is getting an editable version of the file instead of a flattened version.

11. File creation timestamp

    The browser app is a little clunkly and slow. I would appreciate a 'created' time alongside the last 'opened' time. I find it beneficial to keep documents in created order, and it becomes frustrating to lose that order if I need to open an older file.

17. Decode spaces in downloaded PDF filenames

    Dencode spaces when applying a filename to the downloaded file. I don't want to see %20 all through a file name!

    I see you are using S3 signed URLs. This should be possibly using the ContentDisposition headers with a filename set. Haven't tried it, but seems like a common use case: https://stackoverflow.com/a/47400974

    Keep up the good work! Really enjoying not emailing round PDFs for signatures.

18. PDF WON'T CONVERT

    I'm converting a PDF document to Word. When I download it, because it is online in your adobe document cloud, it converts itself back to a pdf document with an error code that says it can't read it. I need more direction to achieve the conversion to word.

20. Feedback tool is poor

    The user experience for this feedback tool is poor. It isn't clear when the user will have an opportunity to provide details about what is the bug. It seems as though this field (the one I'm typing in now) is the one where all of the details go, but I expected for this first field to be a short summary of what's the problem, and details to be provided in subsequent fields. In a previous bug/suggestion I filed, I wasn't sure what was next so I entered a really lame description because I thought I would have the opportunity to elaborate. Instead, I was met with a 'thanks!, your bug is submitted' message. Please work on this, so as to encourage people to provide meaningful feedback.
