For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I cannot believe the unreliability of your Adobe Cloud sharing program. I have researched this issue which you are aware of and that I am paying for with my subscription yet I am unable to consistently access. Absolutely nothing short of unacceptable issue. It is not my internet as all else is functioning. Nor is it my computer as all other programs working. Just utterly sad service.

  2. Hello. I like that I can share PDFs online and get comments right in the doc. It took me a minute to realize that when I selected copy and left a comment that it didn't attach that comment to the copy. I had to highlight the copy first, then leave my comment. Even after I discovered it, I kept forgetting to click the highlight icon before submitting my comment. It wasn't natural for my workflow. You should consider changing that feature so when the user selects an element, then leaves a comment, it is automatically highlighted (or otherwise linked to…

    I tried PDF to excel convertor , it is working good for English words but I found Arabic letters is reversed.

  5. All comments added by my recipient appear in the top right corner, as a bunch. I cannot see which part of the PDF they pertain to. This happens every time whether I view on browser or in Acrobat.

  9. For people signing documents etc., after they have signed and applied, it should say Click to send, NOT Click to sign as most people think because they have already signed they do not need to click the button and then we don't receive and are chasing signed documents all the time.

  11. Acrobat Pro DC v. 2021.00520058

    Context: PDF review hosted on a Microsoft SharePoint server with Single Sign-On (SSO)

    I am unable to connect to the server, check for new comments, send/publish my comments.

    In View > Tracker > Reviews > Joined, I'm am given "Error: Could not get new comments. Login credentials are expired or invalid; please re-enter your sign-in for access."

    There is no way to do this.

    Sometimes it says "Error: Could not get new comments. Adobe Acrobat cannot access the network. Please verify your computer's network connection and try again."

    There is no problem with my connection.…

  13. The acrobat is very cumbersome and doesn't work well at all. I tried to use this for a big business change we are going through and every document was returned to us due to issues we had editing it. I had to convert all files over to Apple's Preview, which worked flawlessly and allowed me to complete my project in a timely manner and without any stress. Adobe needs to review this software and redo it. It's terrible and I am shocked it is adobe brand.

  14. Your e-mail sending is faulty. You are interpreting the following SMTP response as an UNDELIVERABLE status which is completely false and incorrect, where it is very clear your mailer is not handling it correctly:

    [SMTP Status] 451 4.7.1 Please try again later

    Most SPAM filters employ damping as a mechanism to inform new senders to just try again later when a new domain is sending to a recipient. SPAMMERS do not resend e-mails.

    Adobe is now the first public commercial system that seems unable to understand this. This is VERY poor development practice.

  15. Make it simpler. Please. You have wonderful products. Dealing with what you have here is like going to Macy's for a specific shoe or dress, and having some charming sales person drag you all around the enormous complex, introducing you to everything the store offers - until all I want to do is get out and fill out documents with a pen.
