For a new feature request:
- Brief title
- Description of desired feature
- Why the feature is needed
For a new bug:
- Brief title
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
- Expected result
- Observed result

Can't use keyboard to delete files or folders.
Don't like having to use the mouse to delete files and folders, but the new interface forces me to do so.

dissallow download and printing of proofs
important i need to be able to not allow download or printing
these are ment for proofs and some of my projects are proofed before payment and i need my clients to pay before the can print anything . also i would like to know if there is viewers and visitor tracking that did not review. please email me or contact me brad@bluebrad.com i would like to make this my print production proof system. i like it so far just need to not allow downloads or printing. review only .... Thank you for your feedback regarding controlling downloading, printing, and approval. It’s helpful to understand why you need that. Regarding your question about tracking whether people you shared with have reviewed or not, if you shared by Inviting People rather than simply generating the link, you’ll see a status for each of the people invited including who has not yet opened the file and who has added comments.

Very irritated with the new interface!!
Very irritated with the new interface!! It adds extra time to my workflow because I can't see image details now without clicking on each one and it is killing me!

this is super annoying - i only use this product to convert , when i try to do this it directs me to purhcase - but then points out that i have already done so - but it does not do that i want - please help me

Difficult to see Activity with new interface!
Difficult to see Activity with new interface! The old interface made is very easy to see activity. I could see who viewed files along with the files they downloaded. It would tell me if they downloaded a particular file or all of them in a nice clean easy to read window.

Changed layout
How can you change the entire layout without informing. I combine pdf and it took me over an hour before I found the app.

The PDF is not as The word file from Microsoft from Office 2010
Your product is not conserve the same fonts in PDF as in Word 2010 fromMicrosoft.

Payment options for Jamaica
I am trying to purchase this application form Jamaica however it not giving me the option to do so.
I was trying with my VISA cards and Paypal, without success.
I need to be able to use the software. Is payment not an option for Jamaicans?

Download Function
Why has the 'download all' function been removed when combining files? I often have significant numbers to download and it seems that I now have to click each individual combined document where before I could select download all.

Complicated Adobe services tree
As the Adobe website is very complicated, some CC features are complicated. There are so many Adobe services that with one account it's hard to understant where we're browsing, hard to find some features in sublevels… Today, I'dlike to tell you about one Acrobat / Adobe Scan feature: When I make new PDFs with Adobe Scan, they are sended in an online folder named "Adobe Document Cloud/Adobe Scan. Well, this is ok, but, as theses documents (PDF in this case) are on my Adobe account, why don't they appear in my Creative Cloud Files folder ? They are online, like…

I have purchased your service only to convert files from pdf to word and all I have received is this attempt to get me to purchase document cloud and subscribe to things I don want. I am wasting time I dont have ....

Name change
I cannot seem to change my last name (divorce) on my main screen. I have changed it on my profile, but it still shows up as my old last name. Sends files with my old name. Anyone have any ideas?

Form doesn't work - boxes act like images
What happened to Acrobat's ability to recognize a form and set it up so that we could fill out the boxes? This is awfully cumbersome, forcing me to space over for each character. Not worth the money!

text appears too high. folder doesn't update
Since the latest revision, text appears higher on the form than it appears when you are in fill & sign mode. Also, new files don't appear unless you go out of "files" and go back in.
