   Totally disappointed to see charges to my card despite cancelling subscriptions. Just learned I am being charged for photoshop. Fantastic. Please cancel all subscriptions and stop charging my card. Never coming back again

2. bug with free trial

   started free trial. EVerytime I go to try an adobe function eg compress it takes me bak to the start a free trial page. Tried multiple times. SO disappointing.

4. Lost Notes

   It lost comments/notes I made on 138 pages of reading!!!!! Maybe make it so that doesn't happen. I even tried saving the comments, and they are gone. Now I get to spend my birthday weekend reading. Thanks. This is wonderful.

7. Suggestions for a better Adobe for everyone

   1. FILE ORGANIZATION WITH DRAG & DROP - Organizing files on Adobe takes longer than actually printing a hardcopy, labeling it, alphabetizing it, and climbing up a ladder to file it in heaven. The "Move" file option should be found in every dropdown on every page.

   2. NEED MORE FILTER OPTIONS - Since I organizing isn't an option, we should be able to filter by recipient's names, file name, dates, signed/unsigned, starred, modified, etc.

   3. CHECK BOX OPTION FOR COMPLETED ITEMS/TASKS - When a document has been completed and uploaded - check the "Completed" box. The completed document should not keep showing up in the same list because you end up reopening the same **** document over and over until you find where you left off.

   4. SPEED IT UP - If you accidentally click the wrong thing, you're forced to pause for a minute and reflect on how life got this tedious and obnoxious. Then you have to wait to get back to the previous screen. The site is SO SLOW.

   5. SMALLER BOXES - The main intro box and boxes for Tools are ridiculous. Forget about using a laptop. Instead of adding invisible arrows to slide to more pages, just stop making huge boxes.

   6. MORE EXPLANATIONS - Settings are confusing. You can't tell what each setting does, how it will appear, or if it will cause confusion or an error.

   7. SEE WHAT THEY SEE - When changing settings it would help to be able to see what the recipient will see so you can guide them. Less savvy signers take months to sign documents.

   8. SECURITY ON SIGNED DOCUMENTS - Can you even do anything besides download it? Restrictions should be set by the creator so signed documents can be added to presentations and sent for additional signatures easily. If there is a way to do this....it's not obvious.

   9. PRICE IT REASONABLY - The PRO subscription is truly not worth more than $89.99 annually. No one else is getting paid more for being inefficient. Adobe shouldn't either.

   10. ACROBAT IS CONVOLUTED - Is it a program with an icon on my desktop? Is it a subscription? Is it website? Is it an app? Is it an extension? Do I need Reader or do I need Pro? What the heck is CreativeCloud? Why are there so many options for signing forms? Convoluted.

8. ******** FOR BREAKING THIS APP

   You ************* have completely broken this ******* signing app. I have two inventor declarations. I pre-fill the inventor names. Your ******* software will not leave the names alone. 9. Compress PDF STILL not working

   I just had to pay a different website in order to simply compress a PDF document because Adobe's PDF compressor couldn't upload my docs all the way. It always stopped exactly 5MB short on a single document, or 10MB short on two documents. It's pretty ridiculous that I pay over $50 a month and STILL have to pay someone else to do simple things because your tools aren't working when I need them. Just read another comment that this is a known issue. FIX IT.

10. Adobe doesn't work

    Newest update now takes twice as much time to send documents. Adobe rarely works properly. When searching for a name, you have to enter only certain characters, but even then, the search usually turns up with nothing. You should go beck to the previous version.

14. The more it's updated the more it fails

    Provide access to normal standard fonts - "Times New Roman" is not available? Seriously? And fix the split document function - in previous versions I could select a large document and just type in the number of pages to split it into. If I download a 50 page file and want 50 separate pages, I can't. The most you let me do is click between pages up to 19 times to separate pages. That's just ridiculous. In trying to make the program new and interesting you have lost all the function and intuitive features that once made Acrobat great. I want function, not cuteness.

16. Adobe Signature Issues

    The recent update you did to your system does not allow for easy signing of documents with your Adobe Digital Signature. We use it all the time and once you sign one document digitally, it will not allow for the second document to be signed digitally. I am having to use my own signature which is not what we want to be doing. This message keeps popping up and not allowing you to create the signature box.

17. Comment point size too small!

    Comments are very small and hard to read at default. Need to be able to increase the point size of comments. Current workaround is to download to desktop, defeating the purpose of sharing and collaboration.

19. Free Online Tools x Basic Membership

    I've a basic account for photography and I noticed that in order to do some PDF operations (to use the tools) I need to log out to be able to use some free tools available online for free for everyone (that is not logged in with a basic account). I imagine that this is to force us to upgrade the plan, which I unfortunately can't afford, and if I could I'd choose 'small pdf' that does the same and is cheaper. Why not allowing users with the basic accounts to use the same tools available online for free on the web version for logged out users? Also because people can also create random e-mails in order to use the free services and never pay and never become a client. Thank you for your time and consideration. Regards!
