difficult to use
Flattered as I am by the 4 welcome emails, I struggled to complete a form using the software. I could not get it to put characters (text and ticks) in the centre of the boxes and had to move them around like that old gameshow with Bob Monkhouse, and even then they wouldnt stay exactly where i put them. when checking the document I had to change a couple of entries and that wasnt easy either because just clicking on the box wasnt accurate enough and I created extra boxes that I then had to delete. We are sorry you are experiencing trouble with the new feature. You can go back to the legacy version of the software by unchecking the option "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures" in your Settings when you click on the User profile picture (Right upper corner).
Also, as for the centered character in the boxes, you can do that trick by double-clicking a text box and under Text format (Please see attached) select the second option.

The adobe sign app does not work. The adobe sign web browser does not work.

I can't use Control+Scroll out to zoom out, and that would be really useful

Issues with initials on contracts
There is something wrong with your "initials" for contracts. The client is trying to do it, but when it comes back to me the signatures are there, but the spots for initials are blank/missing.

upgrading additional features stuck at 90%
you have to remove the bugs for not having the "upgrading additional features" which is stuck at 90%; it does not let me work properly.
Also, why is the Snipping tool not working with the Acrobat reader. My computer skills are not IT level so the answer found on the Internet are not helpful .1 vote -

Pop-ups about new products very frustrating

You seem to make it purposefully hard to cancel plans in order to make money off of people. This is fraud.
There is no clear and intuitive way to cancel an Indesign 7 day trial. I am wasting my day talking to a chat assistant. This should be considered manipualtive fraud that you do this. I had the same issue when you tried to auto renew a 360 plan after one year that I had no way of cancelling until I wasted over 30 minutes in chat with customer service.

What a mess
Adobe has made their product so complicated and messy you practically need a diploma to navigate the product. Everything seems to be in the wrong place, nothing is intuitive. Worse the floating options are trigger happy and will automatically activate and change the page you are on before you have even been able to register what the function you are floating over is. Who in their right mind designed this product? More problematic than efficient. Buggy as all ****. KEEP IT SIMPLE!

unhelpful & convoluted
you are the least user friendly app I have ever had the misfortune to use EVER
everything I try to do is as convoluted as possible
I just want to be able to read my pdfs on my Mac even though I only work on them on my PCs but can't install the free reader because I pay for a subscription

There needs to be a simple way to deactivate and re-enable the AI Assistant. Opting in by default is disrespectful and immoral.

Bring back all annotation tools
I miss all of the annotation tools we used to have as reviewer and as manager of a review. Please bring these tools back. For example, the previous view (alt + left arrow).

AI Assistant Button Distracting
Zero interest in AI Assistant. Need to remove it from options. It's colorful, so it's distracting, and we'll never use it. Waste of time and money.
