  1. the Acrobat gray hover comments boxes generated by AI are now a very serious nuisance and should be removed. Have an image of a sign post and the generated AI comment is about a mans large *****.

  2. Please include some way to DISABLE all Generative AI features that sticks. Unclicking the checkbox doesn't help if everytime I restart my computer or receive an update it turns it back on. Generative AI is unhelpful and intrusive. Forcing people to use AI features has a massively negative impact on our environmental footprint. When it is used unnecessarily or without choice, we are using MILLIONS of gallons of water and electricity for no reason. I will be switching to a FREE service that already includes all Adobe Acrobat features if this is not resolved.

  3. Disabling the AI assistant is actually what you should do. Even though I've disabled the AI assistant in the settings, I continue to receive pop-ups asking me to summarize the documents I'm trying to read. In addition to blocking the content I'm trying to read, these pop-ups make the basic program less usable, such as when it comes to scrolling, Chill Guy Clicker. Additionally, when the assistant is disabled, the small chat bar at the bottom shouldn't be there. For heaven's sake, please make this right. AI is not necessary for everything.   4. Hi. Can the pelicans that manage the programming department at Adobe, please let the programmers stop concentrating on useless rubbish like the 'AI assistant' (I don't need assistance reading PDFs in your mediocre program and I definitely don't need help from 'AI') and instead do some work on things like making the 'convert to XLS' feature actually work, rather than crashing the program every time I try to use it.

  7. Please pay attention to those of who are asking to have the AI feature stop intruding into our work. Actions (in this case inaction) speak louder than words, and you are telling me very clearly to stop using adobe, because you insist on imposing "AI" on me at every step. Given the demonstrated problems with hallucinations in AI, your are offering is a threat, not a bonus.

  8. How can we turn off these unwanted AI assistants? I asked it, and of course it was incorrect. Told me to go to settings, which I did not find in any clear way in the Adobe reader program. Intrusive and unwanted constantly popping up to 'help'.

  9. You have successfully destroyed what was once the premier business use software for handling pdf files. Since it has become impossible to use, perhaps your AI agent could direct us to GOOD pdf software or at least suggest some packages that work.

  10. The UI of the existing "Review Recognized Text" UI (& its functionality) is outdated and BADLY needs improvement. Today, it still only has buttons to "Accept" or "Cancel" [stops the entire operation}, plus it permits the user to manually "edit" how that item will be recognized (just this time) before the user selects "Accept".

    These two options themselves don't need to change, but - alone - they are TERRIBLY inadequate, particularly when reviewing a very long document in which the exact same item appears as "unrecognized' many, many times. Other OCR products offer much more helpful additional buttons, which -…

  12. Remove AI. Also, actually look at your feature requests and bug reports. There are odd submissions for dating sites, fps hacks, and a bunch of other suspicious activity that does not belong here. Also, please remove AI. If you want me to use AI, I will and will stop using adobe. I bet ChatGPT can make me a better PDF than whatever garbage acrobat is doing.

  13. Request e-signatures not working. I click it, enter the email address of the person I want to send it to, type the message, then hit next, and it does nothing. It just pops up the same window asking me to enter the email address of the recipient again.

  14. We provide PDF reports to our customers with an image of our signature on it. I want to be able to protect them so people can't edit the form and more importantly copy our signature. But it's inconvenient for us and others to not be able to copy text after protecting the PDF. Please separate this security option.

When creating a PDF from InDesign with properly applied, long alt text (including text attached to paths), the issue appears after opening the file in Acrobat with the new version enabled and using a screen reader or the Read Aloud feature. The expected result is that the alt text is read fully, in the correct order, and without omissions, exactly as defined in InDesign. However, the observed result is that Acrobat cuts off the text after the first part, skips information, or reads it incorrectly.   16. There is annoying bug when one moves Adobe Reader between monitors on Windows 11 24H2. After that, duplicate Adobe icons appear in the taskbar. Do you even test your software before releasing it?

  17. For some reason Adobe DC seems to delete a user's signature data causally considering they only allow us to save two. My signatures are gone suddenly, even tried opt to the web extension to see if its only the windows software problem, unfortunately no! The signatures are gone. I had to re-draw my signature when this happens and it is time-wasting.

  18. We would like to request the following improvements specifically for the Adobe Sign plugin in Microsoft Teams:

    A. Add “Start from Library” functionality to the MS Teams plugin
    In the Adobe Sign web application, users can start workflows and templates using the “Start from Library” option. This functionality is currently not available in the Adobe Sign plugin for Microsoft Teams.
    We request that the Teams plugin provides the same capability, allowing users to start workflows and templates directly from the library without leaving Teams.
