  2. I signed up for the trial period. Played with it. Decided I didn't need it. However, every morning when I log in, it pops up asking me to sign in and then confirm that I don't want to. Every morning I have to banish this annoying thing. Since I don't have admin on my work machine, how the heck to I tell it to stop bothering me? Do I need to contact corporate IT and have them remove the software or can I tell it to go to sleep and never wake up again?

  3. It would be very beneficial for SMB companies to be able to deploy Acrobat DC via Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager).

  4. I was disappointed to learn that you had to be an Acrobat 2017 or later user to get upgrade pricing on Acrobat 2020. As a loyal user of Acrobat 2015, this was a bit insulting to me. I learned that this is coded into the software registration process and nothing can be done about it by the Customer Care agents.

  5. It will be nice if we can have the option to link 2 accounts on one computer. I have a personal account and a profesional account, both with paid subscription, and if I'm using one acount i can't access the apps on the other one. It's annoying to switch between accounts every time.

  8. It has taken me an hour to get clear information on the options for purchasing Acrobat. I couldn't find any information on how to buy the 'perpetual licence' or what this entailed - nor what the differences are between the subscription and one-time purchase. I had to ask all these questions through an incredibly inefficient online chat. This information should be freely available and transparent for customers - companies generally do this so that customers don't waste hours and end up feeling vaguely conned before they have even bought anything. Apart from that issue, I suggest a subscription service that…

  9. We have users with more than two endpoints and I imagine others do to. We need the ability to have a single user with more than two signed in instances. Happy to pay for the licenses, just need the capability.

  10. Make accessibility capabilities part of the non-paid Acrobat

I am exceptionally disappointed and frustrated the accessibility features are not part of the free version of Acrobat. It completely goes against the diversity & inclusion statements Adobe makes https://www.adobe.com/diversity.html?promoid=T32PLY3F&mv=other. How can you say you're trying to be inclusive if there is a financial barrier to creating PDFs.

  17. I have a monthly subscription for Acrobat Professional several of my computers at my business. I have the creative cloud software installed on my system and ir is open and running. Whenever I launch a pdf document when Acrobat is closed, the program opens then freezes for 15 seconds or so while I think the stupid thing is retrieving my subscription for the 1000th today. I don't care about your piracy concerns. I do care that you are wasting my time multiple times per day by having your program freeze for a ******** reason. You should make the program operate…

  18. You should be able to license Adobe on more than two machines. I may be working from the office, from home, or on a portable device when I travel. The default should be at least three devices (by comparison, Microsoft's license allows one user to use 5 devices).

At a minimum, you should be able to assign devices to users. I have a license for myself and a license for my assistant. My assistant only works in the office. I am paying for two users which should allow me to install on four computers. I should be able to decide…

  20. While installing Photoshop and Lightroom today, the installation screen showed that I had an existing install of Acrobat DC. I've never heard of Acrobat DC... so I assumed it must be part of the Acrobat system - and I elected to update the installation by pressing the "update" button. Unbeknownst to me, it uninstalled my Acrobat Pro XI and installed a trial version of Acrobat DC. I called the Support Line and waited AN HOUR AND A HALF to speak to a tech support representative to find out how to revert back to my Pro XI. By the time I…
