  1. Downgrade Acrobat DC to a previous version

    Monthly Updates are good, but in some circumstances, plug-ins from different developer doesn´t work after a update. so i must uninstall the acrobat, search an old installer, then search the last version and install it and then disable the autoupdater. This is to extensive, when you must do this for x Clients.

  2. The customer service for one-time license purchase is pathetic, once I go on the chat option, the AI has no clue, and the agents keep passing me on to other agents. No one has an idea what to do. Customer support is equal to some 3rd rate homegrown company.

  3. A date of last logged on or usage would be helpful in managing user subscriptions who hasn't used the Adobe product in the last 2-3 months. This will help remove abandon subscriptions.

  4. When installing a package created for Apple Silicon macs, the installer will fail unless Rosetta is already installed. Rosetta is only required when you are attempting to run an x86 application on Apple Silicon, so this feels like a bug. The installer fails with no indication of what the problem is and the logs do not help. I stumbled upon the fix by accident. It should be noted that Rosetta is not installed by default on M1 Macs and is only invoked when you attempt to run an "Intel" application. The installer is for Apple Silicon, so it does not…

  5. i'd like the ability to view my user's history. (i'd like to see the last time they signed in to adobe, the last time they used adobe, and maybe how often they use it).

    i would basically like to see how often users actually use their license, that way if it is determined that they don't use it, i can re-assign their license to someone who actually WILL use it.

  7. Currently it is overly complicated to reinstall software on new computer in enterprise environment.
    Example: user has Adobe Acrobat Pro. Their laptop is being replaced with a new on. There is no easy way to simply logon to Adobe.com with the users credentials to download the software so it can be reinstalled on the new laptop.
    Why not allow the Administrator for the account the ability to go to the products page under their corporate account and select the software and download it so it can be reinstalled on a replacement system for the end user.

  10. I've seen suggestions for additional features/customization in the Admin Console. I need a field on User records where I can set the office to which a user is assigned.

    I need the ability to edit that field because staff are re-assigned and the license cost needs to follow them. Tech Support tells me only the end-user can request changes. My accounting department argues that "administrator" must change that, otherwise staff have the ability to allocate cost to some other group without permission.

  11. You should be able to license Adobe on more than two machines. I may be working from the office, from home, or on a portable device when I travel. The default should be at least three devices (by comparison, Microsoft's license allows one user to use 5 devices).

    At a minimum, you should be able to assign devices to users. I have a license for myself and a license for my assistant. My assistant only works in the office. I am paying for two users which should allow me to install on four computers. I should be able to decide…

  12. Involuntarily upgraded to W10. Now, my older Acrobat versions no longer work.

    Current Win version: 10.0.17134 Build 17134

    Am now retired but MANY pdf files/documents from years past that are no longer accessible.

    Need a single user disc and license for my single computer. NOT CLOUD -- internet not stable.

    Sharing, collaboration, team stuff totally not needed.

    Too old for school discount and my military access ended with retirement.

    Is there a simple solution, relatively inexpensive solution for those of us who still need your product?

  13. Hello,

    a few days ago, Acrobat Pro DC was upgraded to version 2019 a

    today I found that it shows the wrong CMYK values for Output Intents.

    To calibrate RIP, I have created in Adobe Illustrator PDF-X4 file with CMYK values. I checked out that Acrobat showed me poor CMYK values.

  14. The team license has an assumption:
    One license can be assgined to one "emailId", which can be activated across two computers.

    PROBLEM:
    Consider a person who has 4 computers, all of them belong to the same person (same EMAIL ID).
    In the admin console the admin assigns 2 licenses to same "email Id".

    The user activates 2 out of 4 computers with one license.
    Next, upon trying to activate the 3rd computer with the second license with the same "email Id", the activation fails.

    This is an incorrect licensing design.

    Thanks for the feedback. I will put forward your feedback to concerned team.

    There is a workaround for your issue to use email alias for the same email ID. For example in gmail user has ability to create aliases as youremailid+account1@gmail.com, youremailid+account2@gmail.com and mails sent to anyone of these will land in youremailid@gmail.com. Something like these can be setup for your teams. And, you can use above two “different” email ids as two Adobe IDs for the same person.

  15. I am an admin who manages the Adobe Portal for hundreds of licenses at my company. With the new portal, it doesn't allow me as the admin of our portal to see who has activated their license. This is a HUGE issue for us. We used to be able to see who had activated it and who hadn't and if they hadn't, we would remove their license and give it to another user. This is no longer available. Making improvements shouldn't remove options, but add some. This new bug is HUGE for my company. This new portal is going back…

  16. In Windows 10, Acrobat DC's taskbar and start menu shortcut icons randomly switch to using the Photoshop icon. Acrobat DC is the only program that exhibits this problem. The only cure is to follow one of the methods shown in this 2013 forum post: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1113673. Please fix this bug, which still exists in 2017!

  17. AMS has 2, 500 Acrobat Pro DC (desktop only) licenses. Is it possible to know how many invited users have actually installed Adobe Pro DC on their machines? We know that a few of the invited users have downloaded & installed Adobe Pro DC. How many of the invited users need to download & install Adobe Pro DC?

  20. Application Error
    The instruction at 0x0000000066BC0560 referenced memory at 0x0000000066BC0560. The memory could not be written.

    Click on OK to terminate the program

    This happens after opening a PDF in Adobe Acrobat (Continuous Release Version 2024.002.20991 | 64-bit).

    This error is received after opening a PDF in Acrobat. I have run the add/remove programs > Modify > repair program and am still getting the error. I tried to run a repair on Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app, but it only has the remove option. Checking for updates reports that everything is up to date.
