  1. Acrobat Pro DC refuses to install on a Case Sensitive macOS install

    Why is it impossible to install Acrobat Pro (or any other Adobe product) on a Mac using a case-sensitive file system? There is no reason for this, and Adobe software is the only software I have ever seen that has this issue. It does not make any sense.

    Before you suggest it, NO, I will NOT reformat my disk. Telling people that they have to wipe their computer in order for your software to work is not acceptable. We pay a lot of money for your products and should be receiving decent support.

  2. keep customizations on update

    I customized my toolbar, digging through various menus to add the buttons I use frequently. Today Acrobat DC installed an update, and now my customized toolbar is back to the default. It's taking me forever to find the features I use and re-add them to my toolbar. I have deadlines! I have time pressures! I don't need this ****! I customized my toolbar for good reasons! Why can't my toolbar buttons stay where I put them???

  3. Log from multiple computers at the same time. Increase the maximun of two at the same time.

    For example, give the posibility to keep the user logged from more than 2 computers but only can use simoustaneusly one. This help because me of us use more than two computers (two at home and one laptop in my case)

  4. ACCESSIBILITY

    Every time I try to access my adobe document cloud I'm constantly having to sign in and most of the time it doesn't even open.I mostly use ADOBE for work and it becomes very FRUSTRATING when i try to work and I can't access my documents!!!

  5. I do not want new windows for each document

    I want tabs back, I don't want multiple PDF documents opening up new windows. This is so important to me I purchased another product and convinced my company IT department to replace my Adobe license with that product.

  6. Administrative reporting on Acrobat Cloud

    We need a way to manage user assignments, audit administrative actions, and report on when particular users are assigned Adobe licenses. There currently is no report that can be run to show who assigned a license, or when a license was assigned, outside of reviewing individual users.

  7. Your application install seems to be damaged, Please reinstall the application.

    Everytime I open an Adobe Product, this error appears "Your application install seems to be damaged, Please reinstall the application."

    My trial is over and I have bought the product. I have the activation key but can't type it in anywhere. I also can't sign out because the option has gone.

  8. Must make it available to see who has activated their license and who hasn't

    I am an admin who manages the Adobe Portal for hundreds of licenses at my company. With the new portal, it doesn't allow me as the admin of our portal to see who has activated their license. This is a HUGE issue for us. We used to be able to see who had activated it and who hadn't and if they hadn't, we would remove their license and give it to another user. This is no longer available. Making improvements shouldn't remove options, but add some. This new bug is HUGE for my company. This new portal is going back…

  9. how to remove Acrobat Pro DC Trial from PC

    Unable to remove the Trial by any means. Unable to use Adobe for pdf now. No suggestion works and I will start looking for alternative software if it continues. My file shredder am worried it will remove 5 years of pdf Invoices. Never again will I try anything suggested by Adobe.
    The Trial version did not do as it suggested so Merry Christmas, hijacked by Adobe

    Apologies that we could not meet your requirements. If you could be more specific as to what you were trying and where you faced issues, it would be helpful and perhaps we could resolve the scenario for you.

    However, if you want to remove Acrobat Trial, simply uninstall Adobe Acrobat software. After that if you open a PDF file, it will ask which software should take ownership of PDF files.

  10. make acrobat lighter so it starts up faster

    I've got a new Mac and Acrobat takes a long time to start up compared to other apps. It often has me using Apple Preview. Any way to make the whole thing lighter?

    Hi,

    Thanks for bringing this issue to our notice. Your valuable feedback helps us improving our product. We are actively working on improving the performance and launch time for Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Acrobat Reader and we take your feedback. I would also like to know from you whether you see the longer launch times when you open application first time after system reboot (called cold launch) , or when you subsequently quit and open application (warm launch). You should see warm launches should not take a whole lot of time.

  11. error using acrobat during free trial

    I downloaded the free trial and in the browser, it tells me I have 6 days left in the trial, but when I open the program on the desktop, it tells me that my trial expired.

  13. Invitation

    As admin assigning licenses to users could I also have the ability to Carbon Copy when sending out the "invitation with instructions"?

    Managers would like to be CC when the invite goes out to new users.

  14. Admin console reporting

    I would like the ability to run usage reports in the Adobe Admin Console.

    Ideally, I would like to run reports for application usage and see what users have been using the application in the last 90 days.

    At a minimum we would like the ability to see which users have a licensed product assigned but have not registered any devices.

  15. Need the Ability to Assign Multiple Licenses for Acrobat to One User

    We have users with more than two endpoints and I imagine others do to. We need the ability to have a single user with more than two signed in instances. Happy to pay for the licenses, just need the capability.

  16. Accessibility in Non-Paid Acrobat

    Make accessibility capabilities part of the non-paid Acrobat

    I am exceptionally disappointed and frustrated the accessibility features are not part of the free version of Acrobat. It completely goes against the diversity & inclusion statements Adobe makes https://www.adobe.com/diversity.html?promoid=T32PLY3F&mv=other. How can you say you're trying to be inclusive if there is a financial barrier to creating PDFs.

  17. Can't export to PDF due to error

    I can't export anything to PDF format because it says "Adobe Acrobat license has either expired or not been activated. Try launching Adobe Acrobat."
    I've checked and my license has not expired and is activated. I've relaunched, logged out and signed in on Adobe Acrobat and it still shows the same pop up.
    It is extremely frustrating.

  18. reboot

    Acrobat is an application and as such, I should not need to reboot the computer when it updates. I have lost information twice now. I will now block it from updating.

  19. Make Acrobat Reader as enlighten app for WIP

    We are using Windows Information Protection to protect company data and documents. Since Acrobat Reader works only in work mode and private documents are also considered as work content. It would be great if the software can be configured as enlighten app so that it can also use in personal mode.

  20. is it possible for an administrator to Admin Console to trace who's adding and removing licenses to users?

    There are 9 administrators in our enterprise using the Adobe Admin Console, any of them can just Removed license from a user then Assign it to other user. Is there a way we can track those removal of licenses? Who's removing which license from who's user....
