  1. Must make it available to see who has activated their license and who hasn't

    I am an admin who manages the Adobe Portal for hundreds of licenses at my company. With the new portal, it doesn't allow me as the admin of our portal to see who has activated their license. This is a HUGE issue for us. We used to be able to see who had activated it and who hadn't and if they hadn't, we would remove their license and give it to another user. This is no longer available.   2. make acrobat lighter so it starts up faster

    I've got a new Mac and Acrobat takes a long time to start up compared to other apps. It often has me using Apple Preview. Any way to make the whole thing lighter?

    Thanks for bringing this issue to our notice. Your valuable feedback helps us improving our product. We are actively working on improving the performance and launch time for Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Acrobat Reader and we take your feedback. I would also like to know from you whether you see the longer launch times when you open application first time after system reboot (called cold launch) , or when you subsequently quit and open application (warm launch). You should see warm launches should not take a whole lot of time.

  3. error using acrobat during free trial

    I downloaded the free trial and in the browser, it tells me I have 6 days left in the trial, but when I open the program on the desktop, it tells me that my trial expired.

  5. Invitation

    As admin assigning licenses to users could I also have the ability to Carbon Copy when sending out the "invitation with instructions"?

    Managers would like to be CC when the invite goes out to new users.

  6. reboot

    Acrobat is an application and as such, I should not need to reboot the computer when it updates. I have lost information twice now. I will now block it from updating.

  7. Single Sign On

    Allow us to automate the sign in process when using Federated IDs by either implementing a reg key to default to enterprise ID and grab their AD email or something else.

  9. Adobe Admin Console: additional fields on User Accounts

    I've seen suggestions for additional features/customization in the Admin Console. I need a field on User records where I can set the office to which a user is assigned.

    I need the ability to edit that field because staff are re-assigned and the license cost needs to follow them. Tech Support tells me only the end-user can request changes. My accounting department argues that "administrator" must change that, otherwise staff have the ability to allocate cost to some other group without permission.

  10. Adobe DC causing FileMaker Pro 17 to crash and Mac OS Mojave shut down suddenly.

    I am using the latest versions of all programs. I have uninstalled Adobe completely and used the cleaner to remove all software. I reinstalled Adobe DC because in need it for looking at documents stored in Filemaker. As soon as I go to a record with a pdf file, filmmaker crashes. If I leave adobe running, it will cause my Mac to shutdown or lock it in the sleep mode.

  11. Acrobat Pro update-able through Creative Cloud App

    I recently was VERY late getting Acrobat Pro updated, as I was always (only) checking for updates in the Creative Cloud app. Acrobat is listed there as in installed app, but recent updates have not shown up. I did find this was probably because I had Automatic Updates turned off in Acrobat's prefs. (I don't like automatic updates, they can be intrusive.)   12. Acrobat Pro DC repeatedly crashes after updating to Mac OS 10.14.2 (Mojave)

    Acrobat Pro DC began crashing immediately and repeatedly after updating to Mac OS 10.14.2. (MBP 15/32GB/4TB/ 2018).

    After searching Acrobat forums, it appears others have experienced this issue, albeit with prior updates of High Sierra.

    My solution: I attempted a solution that was successful in one of the posts. I uninstalled Acrobat using the uninstall function of the application. I rebooted in 10.14.2 and then reinstalled Acrobat Pro DC. Acrobat Pro DC now works well, without apparent glitch and no crashes after 2 days of constant use since the uninstall/reinstall procedure.

  13. Include Supersedence information in Catalog Updates for SCUP

    We have successfully implemented the Catalog for Adobe Acrobat and Reader in SCCM 1806 and systems are responding well to updates. Upon trying to create an Automatic Deployment Rule to only push the latest full available update to my systems, I come across the issue where the Supersedence information is not filled in on the update bundles that are provided.

    Having this information filled in will allow us to use Automatic Deployment Rules, so that we can do it fully automated.

  14. Unable to convert files to pdf

    I purchased the Adobe PDF Pack in August 2018 but now, each time I try to convert a file, I get a message saying that my trial has expired and I must buy to continue. Please tell me how to fix this or return the money I paid. Thank you.

  15. Change the "update" button to "upgrade"

    While installing Photoshop and Lightroom today, the installation screen showed that I had an existing install of Acrobat DC. I've never heard of Acrobat DC... so I assumed it must be part of the Acrobat system - and I elected to update the installation by pressing the "update" button. Unbeknownst to me, it uninstalled my Acrobat Pro XI and installed a trial version of Acrobat DC.   17. Newer version

    For some reason my programme quit! When opened, it was updated to a newer version - I DID NOT ASK FOR IT - i work with this software every day and now I cannot tick off my corrections as I work (box for tick is NOW right click and scroll down...!!!)

    IT IS TIME CONSUMING - please put it back!!!

    My work is time based and not a toy.

  19. This new update is a P.O.S.!!! Keeps crashing and added way too many steps to do simple things like email from a document. HATE IT!!!!

    Go back to the way it was before this update...I've spent half the day re-scanning documents because it CRASHES every single time!!

    My adobe acrobat pro dc updated to version 19.008.20071 and it will not stay open for longer than about 30 seconds.
    There is not pop up window stating an error, it just disappears from the screen. It does this whether i open the program alone or if i open a file and start working. I ran "repair installation" and have restarted multiple times. Does anyone have any ideas on what the problem is?
