    AMS has 2, 500 Acrobat Pro DC (desktop only) licenses. Is it possible to know how many invited users have actually installed Adobe Pro DC on their machines? We know that a few of the invited users have downloaded & installed Adobe Pro DC. How many of the invited users need to download & install Adobe Pro DC?

  2. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC should work as Acrobat Reader after 7 day trial

    I think Adobe Acrobat Pro DC should work as Acrobat Reader after the trial period ends. This way, like in my case, people that want to buy a monthly subscription on and off can still use it as Acrobat Reader and don't need to install Acrobat Reader separately.

  3. Admin console reporting

    I would like the ability to run usage reports in the Adobe Admin Console.

    Ideally, I would like to run reports for application usage and see what users have been using the application in the last 90 days.

    At a minimum we would like the ability to see which users have a licensed product assigned but have not registered any devices.

  4. I Always have to sign in everytime I switch on the computer . Surely once signed in can stay signed in . Also the signing in is very poor

  5. is it possible for an administrator to Admin Console to trace who's adding and removing licenses to users?

    There are 9 administrators in our enterprise using the Adobe Admin Console, any of them can just Removed license from a user then Assign it to other user. Is there a way we can track those removal of licenses? Who's removing which license from who's user....

  9. Adobe Admin Console: additional fields on User Accounts

    I've seen suggestions for additional features/customization in the Admin Console. I need a field on User records where I can set the office to which a user is assigned.

    I need the ability to edit that field because staff are re-assigned and the license cost needs to follow them. Tech Support tells me only the end-user can request changes. My accounting department argues that "administrator" must change that, otherwise staff have the ability to allocate cost to some other group without permission.

  11. Change the "update" button to "upgrade"

    While installing Photoshop and Lightroom today, the installation screen showed that I had an existing install of Acrobat DC. I've never heard of Acrobat DC... so I assumed it must be part of the Acrobat system - and I elected to update the installation by pressing the "update" button. Unbeknownst to me, it uninstalled my Acrobat Pro XI and installed a trial version of Acrobat DC.   12. Stop prompting me to sign in I don't want to

    Stop asking me to sign in!

  13. Did NOT have automatic updates on and still updated

    I really do not appreciate starting work and finding a whole new update unexpectedly when I have work to do! I do not have auto updates on and was not even signed into Adobe. Please stop updating without warning!

  14. Acrobat Pro DC refuses to install on a Case Sensitive macOS install

    Why is it impossible to install Acrobat Pro (or any other Adobe product) on a Mac using a case-sensitive file system? There is no reason for this, and Adobe software is the only software I have ever seen that has this issue. It does not make any sense.

    Before you suggest it, NO, I will NOT reformat my disk. Telling people that they have to wipe their computer in order for your software to work is not acceptable. We pay a lot of money for your products and should be receiving decent support.

  15. keep customizations on update

    I customized my toolbar, digging through various menus to add the buttons I use frequently. Today Acrobat DC installed an update, and now my customized toolbar is back to the default. It's taking me forever to find the features I use and re-add them to my toolbar. I have deadlines! I have time pressures! I don't need this ****! I customized my toolbar for good reasons! Why can't my toolbar buttons stay where I put them???

  16. ACCESSIBILITY

    Every time I try to access my adobe document cloud I'm constantly having to sign in and most of the time it doesn't even open.I mostly use ADOBE for work and it becomes very FRUSTRATING when i try to work and I can't access my documents!!!

  17. I do not want new windows for each document

    I want tabs back, I don't want multiple PDF documents opening up new windows. This is so important to me I purchased another product and convinced my company IT department to replace my Adobe license with that product.

  18. Administrative reporting on Acrobat Cloud

    We need a way to manage user assignments, audit administrative actions, and report on when particular users are assigned Adobe licenses. There currently is no report that can be run to show who assigned a license, or when a license was assigned, outside of reviewing individual users.

  19. Your application install seems to be damaged, Please reinstall the application.

    Everytime I open an Adobe Product, this error appears "Your application install seems to be damaged, Please reinstall the application."

    My trial is over and I have bought the product. I have the activation key but can't type it in anywhere. I also can't sign out because the option has gone.

  20. Must make it available to see who has activated their license and who hasn't

    I am an admin who manages the Adobe Portal for hundreds of licenses at my company. With the new portal, it doesn't allow me as the admin of our portal to see who has activated their license. This is a HUGE issue for us. We used to be able to see who had activated it and who hadn't and if they hadn't, we would remove their license and give it to another user. This is no longer available. Making improvements shouldn't remove options, but add some. This new bug is HUGE for my company. This new portal is going back…
