  1. I am an admin who manages the Adobe Portal for hundreds of licenses at my company. With the new portal, it doesn't allow me as the admin of our portal to see who has activated their license. This is a HUGE issue for us. We used to be able to see who had activated it and who hadn't and if they hadn't, we would remove their license and give it to another user. This is no longer available.   2. In Windows 10, Acrobat DC's taskbar and start menu shortcut icons randomly switch to using the Photoshop icon. Acrobat DC is the only program that exhibits this problem. The only cure is to follow one of the methods shown in this 2013 forum post: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1113673. Please fix this bug, which still exists in 2017!

  3. AMS has 2, 500 Acrobat Pro DC (desktop only) licenses. Is it possible to know how many invited users have actually installed Adobe Pro DC on their machines? We know that a few of the invited users have downloaded & installed Adobe Pro DC. How many of the invited users need to download & install Adobe Pro DC?

  4. I downloaded the free trial and in the browser, it tells me I have 6 days left in the trial, but when I open the program on the desktop, it tells me that my trial expired.

  5. Much like another feature being requested, I would like to see a breakdown in the Admin console of not just licenses allocated or used, but also when they were last used.

    For example, do I have a user that just opens/reads PDF's all day and doesn't need Standard DC, or do I have a user that isn't using all the features of Pro and could be downgraded to Standard?

    We have close to 3,000 users of Adobe products, it is going to be a tedious pain in my rump if I have to automate the removal of ALL the installed…

  6. When installing even the testversion of Acrobat DC the Acrobat Reader disapears. Seems to be uninstalled. After the trial I need to uninstall Acrobat DC and install the Reader again. This is not acceptable, as there is no hint at the installation of Acrobat DC!

  7. Since the upgrade to Business IDs, I am no longer able to edit user display names from the Admin Console. Please bring back the ability for admins to edit their user's profiles.

  8. I just renewed my Adobe subscription for Adobe DC, payment made via Credit Card. The Adobe splash screen indicates I have updated and renewed my subscription. When I try to use Adobe in MS Word, I am told it does not work because my subscription has lapsed.
    I am on a DEADLINE, this is not helpful.

  9. I am running CC applications using my personal account on my Mac (Mac OS Monterey) and on Windows (Win 11). I occasionally need to run Acrobat Pro on those machines using my business (academic) account. It seems that it is not possible to do that without a lot of effort. As I understand it, I would have to log out of all of my CC applications, then try to log into Acrobat with my other account, then reverse the process to go back to CC. No one in their right mind would want to do this regularly.

  10. I contracted for 30 Acrobat Pro DC accounts last year and the automatic renewal is on Dec 10 2021.
    My company would like to use the program for 1 more year with changed number of licenses so I asked to cancel the automatic recurring to the ADOBE KOREA customer care team and got answered that they cannot help me with this issue.
    They told me I have to cancel the payment on the exact day and if I want to cancel it beforehand, I cannot use the program right away even though the contracted term still remains more than 2…

  11. Unfortunately, we have found there is no current way that Adobe allows clients to track their perpetual licensing. When I found that my predecessor had not shared which devices our Adobe Pro perpetual licenses were installed on, we have no way of knowing who has the licenses without a severe amount of legwork. It would be supportive to the client to provide some means of tracking which machines perpetual licenses are currently linked to, especially in the case where a machine gets wiped and a license may still be linked to that machine.   12. I have a work computer, home computer and laptop computer that I use constantly, interchangably. I have to log out of one computer with Adobe to be able to just view a .pdf on another. It is so annoying that I am looking for a different .pdf viewer just so I don't have to deal with it. MANY people have 3 devices and with OneDrive work seamlessly. Adobe, PLEASE allow your subscribers to have 3 devices or figure out another way to not require us to log out of one computer to access a file on another.

  14. i'd like the ability to view my user's history. (i'd like to see the last time they signed in to adobe, the last time they used adobe, and maybe how often they use it).

    i would basically like to see how often users actually use their license, that way if it is determined that they don't use it, i can re-assign their license to someone who actually WILL use it.

  15. List the last usage of a product in the Admin Console for every user.
    Highlight non users and allow the recovery of wasted licenses.

  17. Currently it is overly complicated to reinstall software on new computer in enterprise environment.
    Example: user has Adobe Acrobat Pro. Their laptop is being replaced with a new on. There is no easy way to simply logon to Adobe.com with the users credentials to download the software so it can be reinstalled on the new laptop.
    Why not allow the Administrator for the account the ability to go to the products page under their corporate account and select the software and download it so it can be reinstalled on a replacement system for the end user.

  20. Currently, if you have more than one Adobe account (for instance, one for work use and one for personal use), you have to sign out/in of each account before using the application. This process is already daunting, as it just shuts down if you do not already have an account - the only fix I've found is to pretend like you are going to buy the product, at which point you can finally switch the user ID. You then have to log out of one User ID in order to login to the other User ID to use the other…
