  1. We need a way to manage user assignments, audit administrative actions, and report on when particular users are assigned Adobe licenses. There currently is no report that can be run to show who assigned a license, or when a license was assigned, outside of reviewing individual users.

  2. Your software has always been terrible, no surprise there. But today I opened the garbage referred to as Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and I encountered something conflicting. It seems as if Acrobat has decided I no longer have a subscription and can't edit pdfs. Clicking on my name in the corner sends me to a web page clearly showing my subscription to Acrobat Pro DC.
At first glance I thought this was a bug, and it probably is. But on further consideration I think this might actually be a feature. See in the past Acrobat Pro performed as expected. Start…

  3. Downgrade Acrobat DC to a previous version

Monthly Updates are good, but in some circumstances, plug-ins from different developer doesn´t work after a update. so i must uninstall the acrobat, search an old installer, then search the last version and install it and then disable the autoupdater. This is to extensive, when you must do this for x Clients.

  4. The customer service for one-time license purchase is pathetic, once I go on the chat option, the AI has no clue, and the agents keep passing me on to other agents. No one has an idea what to do. Customer support is equal to some 3rd rate homegrown company.

  5. Is there a way to determine product utilization. By this I mean can I tell the last time a user used their assigned product?
For example if a user has not used their Acrobat for six months they probably do need a license

  6. As the CTO of a growing business, we have many users asking for access to Acrobat Pro, Adobe Premiere, Creative Cloud, etc.
Our monthly recurring costs with Adobe are getting up there and I would like to know which of my users are actively using their assigned license..
Users tend to ask for access to an application but NEVER contact IT to let you know they no longer need it. An audit log of active licenses would allow me to see who is using what products. I know this information exists since the license is validated when the app is…

  7. Currently it is overly complicated to reinstall software on new computer in enterprise environment.
Example: user has Adobe Acrobat Pro. Their laptop is being replaced with a new on. There is no easy way to simply logon to Adobe.com with the users credentials to download the software so it can be reinstalled on the new laptop.
Why not allow the Administrator for the account the ability to go to the products page under their corporate account and select the software and download it so it can be reinstalled on a replacement system for the end user.
    There is no option…

  8. Currently, if you have more than one Adobe account (for instance, one for work use and one for personal use), you have to sign out/in of each account before using the application. This process is already daunting, as it just shuts down if you do not already have an account - the only fix I've found is to pretend like you are going to buy the product, at which point you can finally switch the user ID. You then have to log out of one User ID in order to login to the other User ID to use the other…

  9. Acrobat suddenly began to constantly freeze after opening any document. I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall but got a 136 error. I'm on MacOS 10.15.2 "Catalina" on a MacPro (late 2013)

  10. You should be able to license Adobe on more than two machines. I may be working from the office, from home, or on a portable device when I travel. The default should be at least three devices (by comparison, Microsoft's license allows one user to use 5 devices).

At a minimum, you should be able to assign devices to users. I have a license for myself and a license for my assistant. My assistant only works in the office. I am paying for two users which should allow me to install on four computers. I should be able to decide…

  13. The team license has an assumption:
One license can be assgined to one "emailId", which can be activated across two computers.

    PROBLEM:
Consider a person who has 4 computers, all of them belong to the same person (same EMAIL ID).
In the admin console the admin assigns 2 licenses to same "email Id".

The user activates 2 out of 4 computers with one license.
Next, upon trying to activate the 3rd computer with the second license with the same "email Id", the activation fails.

This is an incorrect licensing design.

Idea state: Even in a non-commercial team license situation, the…

    Hi,

Thanks for the feedback. I will put forward your feedback to concerned team.

There is a workaround for your issue to use email alias for the same email ID. For example in gmail user has ability to create aliases as youremailid+account1@gmail.com, youremailid+account2@gmail.com and mails sent to anyone of these will land in youremailid@gmail.com. Something like these can be setup for your teams. And, you can use above two “different” email ids as two Adobe IDs for the same person.

    Thanks,
    Karan

  14. AMS has 2, 500 Acrobat Pro DC (desktop only) licenses. Is it possible to know how many invited users have actually installed Adobe Pro DC on their machines? We know that a few of the invited users have downloaded & installed Adobe Pro DC. How many of the invited users need to download & install Adobe Pro DC?

  15. I have a creative cloud subscription but all my apps changed to "start 7-day trial" or "buy now". Even a complete uninstall of all apps and creative cloud app followed by a fresh install did not solve the problem. Also my Adobe Acrobat X has been uninstalled without my approval.

  16. I have been making monthly payment for Acrobat Pro DC since last April, but now it is telling me that my subscription have expired. My last payment was Sept 27th. I should not be getting this message, and I see no way to fix it.

  17. The current 32-bit version of Acrobat Pro DC becomes corrupt within a few weeks of normal use on a 64-bit machine, which thereafter makes it increasingly frustrating to use (with difficulties saving files to new names or locations, among many other issues). I am tired of having to reinstall your software every few weeks, only to see it degenerate to the point of unusability again. I wish you would release a 64-bit version that was designed for dedicated use on a 64-bit machine.

  18. Have the ability to customize the Cloud Admin Console. It would good to add our PO number and state where the licenses are deployed. Date of purchase. This use to be provided in the regular install Adobe Acrobat Pro.

  19. After I work with a few dozen files in a day, Adobe simply stops opening. You click on a file or the app itself and the cursor flickers once and nothing happens. The only way to get it working again is to restart the computer. Very inconvenient when you are logged into multiple business programs and have to log out of everything and shut down/restart in the middle of the day. Have checked for updates - nothing.
