Support case-sensitive file systems
Please support case-sensitive file systems. I have a requirement to use case-sensitive file systems, including the boot partition on my MacBook Pro. The only software that I cannot use is Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, and Photoshop. I see this issue has been going on for over five years. Please fix this. Otherwise, I just won't be buying/subscribing to Adobe products.

Acrobat DC serialized deployment for remote desktop/Citrix environments
The new named user licensing (NUL) is not ideal for remote desktop/Citrix environments when using more than two session hosts.
The cloud limitation of two logons is fine for personal computers but when operating a large number of session hosts users have to logon to Acrobat DC when roaming across multiple servers. Each server is considered a new installation.
Please bring back serialized deployments for enterprise customers or another solution that works with remote desktop/Citrix.

Logging of users
We have been seriously facing trouble since there is no available method to log/ trace users with Adobe products in order to determine whether they are actually using the product assigned to them, whether they need checking from their last log in time. This brings forth a lot of misuse of licenses and malpractice of assigned licenses remainig unused due to the unavailability of such feature.
This becomes specially difficult when its an Enterprise account and there are thousands of users to be managed. Please add-in a feature soon where the admin, depending on access control, can check for users'…

Administrative reporting on Acrobat Cloud
We need a way to manage user assignments, audit administrative actions, and report on when particular users are assigned Adobe licenses. There currently is no report that can be run to show who assigned a license, or when a license was assigned, outside of reviewing individual users.

New bug wont let me edit documents, ends up being best feature so far!!
Your software has always been terrible, no surprise there. But today I opened the garbage referred to as Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and I encountered something conflicting. It seems as if Acrobat has decided I no longer have a subscription and can't edit pdfs. Clicking on my name in the corner sends me to a web page clearly showing my subscription to Acrobat Pro DC.
At first glance I thought this was a bug, and it probably is. But on further consideration I think this might actually be a feature. See in the past Acrobat Pro performed as expected. Start…6 votesMarking this issue as resolved as there is no response from the user.

downgrade
Downgrade Acrobat DC to a previous version
Monthly Updates are good, but in some circumstances, plug-ins from different developer doesn´t work after a update. so i must uninstall the acrobat, search an old installer, then search the last version and install it and then disable the autoupdater. This is to extensive, when you must do this for x Clients.

Allow activation on 3 devices simultaneously for Acrobat.
Allow simultaneous license activation on 3 devices. Limit it to Acrobat, or Acrobat Reader. Have the end user register their 3 devices.
As of 2020, many people work remotely and on multiple devices: tablet, laptop, desktop. Further many people switch between the two very rapidly - for example: An Architect may review designs on the desktop, switch to a laptop for a meeting and contract signature, leave the laptop at the office, and take the tablet to the field (with no internet/reception) to make in-field review. The software is known to close/freeze in order to check-in/validate online & switch device…

Customer Support
The customer service for one-time license purchase is pathetic, once I go on the chat option, the AI has no clue, and the agents keep passing me on to other agents. No one has an idea what to do. Customer support is equal to some 3rd rate homegrown company.

Apple Silicon install package fails unless Rosetta is installed first
When installing a package created for Apple Silicon macs, the installer will fail unless Rosetta is already installed. Rosetta is only required when you are attempting to run an x86 application on Apple Silicon, so this feels like a bug. The installer fails with no indication of what the problem is and the logs do not help. I stumbled upon the fix by accident. It should be noted that Rosetta is not installed by default on M1 Macs and is only invoked when you attempt to run an "Intel" application. The installer is for Apple Silicon, so it does not…

Software Download
Currently it is overly complicated to reinstall software on new computer in enterprise environment.
Example: user has Adobe Acrobat Pro. Their laptop is being replaced with a new on. There is no easy way to simply logon to Adobe.com with the users credentials to download the software so it can be reinstalled on the new laptop.
Why not allow the Administrator for the account the ability to go to the products page under their corporate account and select the software and download it so it can be reinstalled on a replacement system for the end user.

Allow more than one adobe User ID to login
Currently, if you have more than one Adobe account (for instance, one for work use and one for personal use), you have to sign out/in of each account before using the application. This process is already daunting, as it just shuts down if you do not already have an account - the only fix I've found is to pretend like you are going to buy the product, at which point you can finally switch the user ID. You then have to log out of one User ID in order to login to the other User ID to use the other…

User account login verification - view log
User account login verification
Across all Adobe products that require someone to login or ‘ping’ the Adobe licensing services, managed/stored by Adobe – I would like to review the log file of the user accounts who are hitting the licensing service.
With thousands of users, I need a programmatic way to verify only current and authorized users are using the licensing associated with our account. In my past, I’ve had ex-employees and keys shared and ended up paying for someone else’s use of Adobe products.
Other publishers offer this and I would like to see the same from Adobe, since…5 votes -
Cost is prohibitive
There should be some sort of discount for either long time users of your regular Adobe Acrobat or those who use more than one Adobe product (like I also have Adobe Scan). OR...consider those of us on disability, social security or fixed incomes. You have one of the highest monthly membership rates and I am wondering how long I can continue to put out all these fees to Adobe every month. We need a financial break. At least SOME of us do, on a case-by-case basis. What with EVERYONE charging anything from $2.99 a month to $17.99 for full blown…

Better licensing options
You should be able to license Adobe on more than two machines. I may be working from the office, from home, or on a portable device when I travel. The default should be at least three devices (by comparison, Microsoft's license allows one user to use 5 devices).
At a minimum, you should be able to assign devices to users. I have a license for myself and a license for my assistant. My assistant only works in the office. I am paying for two users which should allow me to install on four computers. I should be able to decide…

Did NOT have automatic updates on and still updated
I really do not appreciate starting work and finding a whole new update unexpectedly when I have work to do! I do not have auto updates on and was not even signed into Adobe. Please stop updating without warning!
5 votesAutomatic updates are enabled by default for Acrobat. Could you please let me know how you disabled the updates.
