1. I'm using Acrobat Pro DC printing on HP OfficeJet Pro 8710. It prints 2-sided on the Short-Edge binding even if Long-Edge is selected.

   Suddenly within the last few days, if I print from my Acrobat Pro DC to my HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 printer, it only prints two-sided PDF documents on the Short-Edge binding even if Long-Edge binding 2-sided printing mode was selected. Was there a recent s/w update with bug that's causing this phenomenon? I use 2-sided printing quite a bit and this is really a huge problem for me!

2. Fix the Adobe on Mac Double-Sided Bug

   On some HP printers, if the user prints double-sided, the pages are all offset by an initial blank side. Thus the first sheet gets only page 1, then sheet 2 gets pages 2 and 3, and so on ...

   This turns out to be an interactive fault where in the printer believes that there is a cover sheet and it is blank.

   The remedy is simple, but tedious since it must be repeated every time one prints.

   Open PRINT
   Click on <Printer> at the bottom of the dialog box
   Ignore the warning and continue.
   Make sure "Show Details" is open.
   Click on "Layout"
   Click on "Cover Page"
   Next select "None"
   The problem is now fixed for that printing job.

3. crash

   I just upgraded to Adobe Pro last week and today whenever I open a PDF it crashes after a few seconds. I also am not able to print to a PDF and it says that my account is not activated, but when I check everything looks right.
   I tried all the troubleshooting and nothing has worked.

5. Print pages base on available page size of printer and scale to fit all above or sent to another printer

   Print pages base on available page size of printer and scale to fit all above or sent to another printer. Many times we have PDF document that has a mix of Letter, Tabloid, Arch C, Arch D, Arch E, Arch F, Eng C, Eng D, Eng F, or custom page size. When sent PDF file to printer that has only tabloid, the printer gives errors about not able to find require paper size that is above tabloid. The feature would scale to fit all pages above tabloid to available print page size (ie letter or tabloid) or give option to send all pages above tabloid to plotter printer B or C that has bigger paper size available. To would make things simpler when have a write up in letter size paper and than drawings in bigger size page and than closeout in letter again.

6. Can't print acrobat file

   Printer is showing message
   Printing - Can't open "/private/var/spool/cups/tmp/008595c4d2ad1."

   Other applications can print.

   Tried AirPrint and native mode.
   Printer is Epson WF-7520 Series.

7. Fillable Form Suddenly Not Printing after Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Update Yesteday -- it Printed the fields 4 days ago

   Just need assistance finding out a way to print our fillable fields. They printed just fine 4 days ago. Adobe Pro DC updated yesterday & today those fields will not print the filled in material. I have tried printing as a pdf, it does not recognized the filled fields. The computer has been shut down and rebooted. I've tried different printers. Tried different print settings. Something seems buggy.

8. Simplified Document Resolution, Color, Size, Export Info Tab in Properties

   Need a much quicker and simpler look at document's print production properties. The print production tool, while very detailed and complete, is to complex for quick-view of a document's export properties needed for print production uses and web. Would be great if under the FILE > PROPERTIES there could be a tab for such info or a "Document Info" window. Bonus if the info displayed can be customized (showing/hiding) general information items.

9. Add "signature/section" function to booklet printing.

   Its become a "thing" for people to use old book binding techniques to make journals, and.. frankly, sometimes it would be nice to "print" something with more than a dozen stapled pages. Or, even print such a large thing in "sections" so that you have, say, the first 10 pages as one booklet, the next ten as a second, etc.

   Problem is, right now, if you want to do this with a PDF, no matter the source or content, you are left hand calculation every single group of pages, then manually printing each batch. It would be nice to actually support, 'Print as signatures', as a sub option, and 'n pages per signature'. Or, call them sections, to avoid confusion.

   The only solutions to do this, other than painstakingly printing every group individually seem to be some hackneyed scripts that try to chop the PDF up into files, which you still have to then print one by one, or other "solutions" for non-professionals, which often flat out do not work, or fail to avoid the original problem - having to print the things one after the other, instead of just say, "print this and divide it up in n page groups".

   The booklet feature basically does most of the work already, it just doesn't work when you have 50, or 100 pages, instead of like 10.

   But basically, the idea is that you do "booklet", then you tell it, "divide into groups", then you specify an even number of pages. The most common being 4, or 8, then if you have, say 48 pages, instead of printing pages 1,2,47 and 48 one one sheet, then doing 3,4, 45 and 46, (assuming an 8 page group), 1, 2, 7 and 8, then 3,4,5 and 6, before moving on to 9, 10, 15, and 16, etc. This creates 6 "booklets", each with 8 pages in them, which can either be stapled, and handed out as part 1-8, or, for the hobbiest, actually stitched into a bound book.

   Not have the feature, like I said to someone on the forums, is a bit like replacing a fan belt by cutting the car body away from the engine. It gets you to the fan belt, but.. that kind of misses the point of designing a hood in the first place. ;)

11. Adobe Distiller

    The latest update (Pro 19.010.20064) running on Mac OS 10.14.2 takes twice as long to perform task that would previously be almost instantaneous ex: converting post-script file to PDF.

12. Mac OS 10.14.2

    Hi
    Unable to print to our network Samsung CLX - 6260 from DC Reader. "Looking for printer" on the printer dialogue window. Printer is working with Preview, Office and all file types on the web, only Adobe is having a problem. Latest driver and Firmware installed on printer.

15. Single side page printing bug, no option for single sided or double sided, native OS options disabled by DC.

    The option to print single side pages does not exist. Help documents show a dialog box feature that is not present. Running the latest OSX (Mojave 10.14.1) and the latest version of DC (2019.008.20080). Issue is with all pdf documents. Expected to be able to print the way I want to print, observed a deficient and undesired option-less two sided only printout.

16. Adobe DC is not cooperating with my printer or my network drive

    Adobe DC is not cooperarting with the canon printer at work. We had to change my default printer and it seemed to fix things, for a few hours.
    All in all Adobe is giving me trouble with
    -wouldn't open files through windows file explorer (I have to go through Adobe's menus, fine. Inconvenient but it'll work.)
    -extracting pages from a pdf file
    -saving a pdf file to my network drive
    - Adobe DC closes/shuts down when I try to open more than one pdf at a time

    This program used to work beautifully and now it's giving me headaches and making me question my sanity.

    PLEASE HELP/FIX whatever issue is causing this to program not to work.

17. Acrobat can not print EAN codes under Mojave

    Hello! First: Why does this page do not exist in German?? Don't you have any paying clients outside the US??
    Second: Acrobat Pro DC can not print EAN codes in Mac OS Mojave anymore. White fields are grey and cannot be read by any scanner!!! The Apple app „Preview" can do it!!!

20. Selecting Page Numbers

    It is very nasty when you want to print a lot of sheets but allways selecting only first 2 pages:

    you must FIRST select PAGES,
    only after THAT you can enter or change the page numbers.

    MY suggestion:
    Clicking into the number field will suddenly select the page selection automatically! And you can insert/change page numbers skipping
    ONE unnecassary step.

    maybe it seems to be seconds, but do that thing hundred times and more...
