  1. Bypassed Password

    This is a bug report.
    I used Adobe Pro DC to encrypt documents for emailing to outside agencies among other things. Today, I discovered after sending a document to a co-worker for review, the default PDF reader on Windows allows access without the password required... simply by hitting the cancel options. I spoke with the Adobe Pro help line for an hour today and they asked me to write this report.   2. signature appearance

    Since last update of Adobe Acrobat Std/Pro, our engineers are not able to sign drawings cause now a predifined rectangle appears which is way too large. People have to sign at the right side of the drawings (DIN A0) with a very small rectangle. You have now to place the new predefined rectangle where top left corner have to fit with top left corner of drawing field. Therefor, you have to zoom out the document to be able to place the rectangle. That way, it's hard to see if you sign the right field at the drawing. Signing hundreds of…

  3. cannot unsecure a protected pdf

    1. Open a protected document with the correct password.
    2. Try to unsecure the document in "Document Properties" -> "Security", choose "no security"
    3. A pop-up asking password shows up, Enter the same correct password as used to open the document.
    4. "The password is incorrect". Cannot unsecure the document.

  4. Digital Signature from Page Template

    When a page is spawned from a page template that contains a digital signature, the digital signature field does not retain the set "signed" action. (I.E. mark field as read only: all fields), or a script to be executed.

  5. Simultaneous Password Protection of Multiple PDF Files

    Is it possible to simultaneously PASSWORD PROTECT MULTIPLE PDF Files, from the same File Manager Directory - Without having to (repetitively) Password Proctect each of the PDF Files Individually?

  6. Show Key Usage on "Sign with a Digital ID" prompt

    Requesting that the Certificate Key Usage be presented on the "Sign with a Digital ID" prompt. Being able to see the key usage would ensure users are picking the certificate with Non-Repudiation in environments where users have two certificates with Digital Signatures.

    Attached is an example of the current prompt and an example of the desired prompt.

  7. Make view password independent from permissions password

    If I receive a protected document, I want to pw the doc if it contains sensitive info, or change the pw to our standard, but cannot due to existing permission pw.
    eg., I receive sensitive Docusign doc that is pw protected against amendment. I want to pw protect to open before I email externally. But I cannot do so because I don't have permission pw. Thx!
