  1. After typing Cntrol+s all afternoon, and into the night yesterday, I arrive to find out that nothing saved, past around 1:00 pm yesterday. I lost a TON of work. Please fix ASAP.

  3. Cannot do a Save As... to make a new document from a template. The buttons are not user friendly at all. Many options in the previous version cannot be found.

  4. fix problem with subscription notifications, i pay you every month automatically.. but say that i still need to renew my subscription and have tried going through customer service but they aren't helping/helpful

  5. Pretty much every time I open Acrobat, I get a window asking me if I want to restore the previous documents, because Acrobat had crashed the last time (but I didn't notice this -- I quit it manually and no notification of a crash until the next time I start up).

    I think it is a problem with the "Recent Files-Picture" on the startpage. Because all pdf-files on my harddrive are working well, but when i open a pdf from an outlook archive or from another not local…

  7. Action feature needed:

    • Let action work without open the files (status bar only)
      (X version already done that way)

    • Add the option to close the files after the saving process.
      (X version already done that way)

    Looking to using the action on a bunch of different group of file these two options will save A LOT of time.

    It Seems to me or the ACTIONS are a step back comparing to the old batch processes?
    Less options, some bugs...

    Hope to see an improvement in the NEAR Future.

  9. Currently Default dictionary lookup is Dictionary.com but there should be a feature to change that default lookup to any other offline Dictionary Service Provider.

    Incredibly slow and laggy, UI is almost unusable. Using 50% - 100% of a single core just to scroll. Ironically I am trying to read the Adobe PDF Reference, Third Edition.

    Really Adobe? I can't even read a 9MB file ABOUT the PDF specification in YOUR OWN software without it slowing to a crawl?

  11. Pro DC was responding very slowly when emailing. Tried reinstalling Pro DC but now when I try to email a pdf the whole program crashes.

  12. When opening any PDF, document loads in DC, then hangs for ~10s while license status is accessed. Once license status appears in lower right corner (e.g. "Your current plan is Acrobat Standard DC, annual"), app becomes responsive again.

    New issue, very annoying, please fix.

  15. The whole business world uses ADOBE, but some friend sends me Email and I have to spend 30 minutes to register with ADOBE to read a LIST? SHEER IDIOCY !!!

    1. Open this PDF in Adobe Pro
    2. See "bad stream" error.

    Any other PDF reader (Chrome, Evince, Mac Preview, GhostScript) opens it just fine, but Adobe Pro is unhappy about it.

    Is it a bug in Adobe Pro?

    Please also share the acrobat version and OS you are using.

  18. Hi,

    I have an Action Wizard doing the following:
    1. OCR
    2. Optimize
    3. Save the file
    When I run this same Action on two separate Machine against a folder with a lot of PDF files in it, after running for a while, say doing 100 - 300 files, if fails. The DC Student version gives out of memory dialog box error and stops and the Pro DC version gives a dialog box saying "There was an error opening the document...." I will attach the screen shut of the error I get.
