  1. Put images from PDF into a PPr or after effect composition.

    I feel that like bridge's ability to talk to other adobe programs, acrobat should be as simple as dragging an image from one program to another.

  3. Enable "Add Folder" to Reduce File Size Dialog Box

    In the same way the "Recognize Text" dialog box has "Add Files" and "Add Folders", please introduce that into your "Reduce File Size" dialog box. It currently has only "Add Files" but not the other. In order to simulate it, I have to open a bunch of them first then "Add Open Files." That is clunky. I'd rather just choose a folder and include all subfolders in the same way the other dialog box does it.

  4. Compare files - text is flagging as discrepancy

    We use Adobe to compare PDF file that comes from two different system.
    Left side is our internal and right side is from another system.
    We copy over the format of the other system for us to compare it perfectly in Adobe.
    But no matter how we adjust the alignment and spacing, we still encounter below discrepancy flag.
    As you notice, the text are exactly the same.
    And also how come the font size of the PDF that comes from our internal system become lesser when convert to Adobe (from 8 to 7.98)

    Can you help us how to sort…

    Hi,

    There’s a difference in the font size between the characters in the files shared by you because the application used to create the two PDFs is different. Please try comparing the PDF files created using the same application and let me know if you’re still facing the issue.

  5. Acrobat DC not opening pdf files on Mac

    Can't open pdf in Acrobat DC. The wheel spins and the program has to be forcefully quit. The program stops working as it prepares the file for reading.

  6. I wish I could speak or text someone about changing the credit card I had been using.

    Why can't I find a phone # or be able to text someone about how to change the Credit Card Number so the payment can come to your company.

  8. View nested animation in AE and Flash/Animate in main composition/timeline would be extremely useful for animating complex scenes.

    With Flash/Animate for years, I've had trouble with nested animations. In order to use the nesting to its full potential, and for organization, I will animate small pieces in nested animations (Flash) and am now trying to use pre-Composite groups on the main composition (AfterEffects). For multiple items, and for many nested animations, it's extremely difficult to create a uniform animation when I can't see what's happening in the Main Composition/ Timeline while in the nested animation or pre-composite.   9. Nicht genügend Daten für ein Bild

    Problem tritt in der aktuellen Version der Acrobat DC auf. Mit z. B. Acrobat 9 geht es. Ist wohl ein JPEG200-Bild enthalten.

  11. Bug Report: Save As A PDF has not been working for at least two months for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. I hope it is fixed soon. Thanks

    When I download a pdf and use the SAVE or SAVE AS to .pdf, the save window disappears in seconds and I can't save the document.

  13. Adobe Send & Track Outlook 2016 Mac Plug-in

    I love the Adobe Send & Track plug-in for Outlook 2016 on the PC. I was just informed by someone from Adobe that this feature is not available on Macs. Could you please look into developing this feature for Macs at some point? Thank you.

  15. PDFs made from InDesign and Illustrator on-screen RGB colors appear dull in Acrobat Pro.

    The SAME PDF colors appear correct in Mac Preview.

  16. file assoc. in windows

    we need to know when adobe Classic track will be updated to fix the issue with windows 10 and file association for .pdfs. If you set the association within acrobat and then open a random PDF windows refuses to acknowledge that it was set in acrobat. however if you set it within windows settings it is fine.

  17. Remove unstable memory sapping save window, just use normal Windows save

    Why does an unnecessary, memory sapping, unstable, foreign save window appear when saving documents using "Save As"? Why not just use the normal PC window, which appears when one clicks the "Choose a Different Folder" button? Just go straight to the PC window which is faster and more stable.

  19. make "!" and "$" a "safe character" in javascript code as a part of the saveas() function

    using saveAs in Adobes JavaScript, e.g.:
    this.saveAs(arrDocPath.join("/"));

    … results in the attached error message, if path or filename contains exclamation mark (!) or dollar sign ($) – both valid characters in all leading operation systems.

    Using GUI for saving of course is possible. You have got reported an adequate problem with commas 2009 which has been fixed nine years later. Would be nice, if fixing this problem would be possible some faster.

    Please let me also express my astonishment, that while fixing the comma problem nobody seemed to check other – from operation systems point of view also valid –…

  20. Rotten PDF saving

    Rotten PDF saving. Why is it I constantly get Adobe saying I have to save the document using another name as this document is already open when I have closed the document and Adobe, see attachment.

    You may be getting this error because the same pdf file is currently open in some other program e.g. it may be open in browser or some email Clint

    Requesting you to close other application and again try this scenario.
    Please get back to us if you again face the same issues.
