Viewing portfolios with signatures in browsers without download
While I love the security of fill and sign, I have had to find work arounds in order to put multiple signed documents together by screen capturing those with signatures, then compiling these into 1 document from multiple signers of different parts. Please do not take away the ability to screen grab signed agreements without putting another easier method of controlling the agreements I send out for signing.
That said, if portfolios continue to be the method of compiling several documents into one, is it possible to make them previewable without downloading the file in browser based cloud systems like…

Bug with Subject line when sending for e-signatures
When sending a document for e-signatures, the subject line is unsuspectingly including raw HTML and <a> tags. This used to be called "Fill & Sign" or "Advanced Sign" something like that... now it's been update to calling this "e-signatures" or other recent update to Acrobat seems to have introduced this issue.

New Adobe esign post Classic has changed dramatically - bad UX - bring back Classic
New Home vs Dashboard has meant it's not intuitive. Starting a new agreement from scratch is not an option as it doesn't save (not just doesn't save automatically but doesn't save when I click 'save'). BRING BACK CLASSIC

I added form fields (including a signature field) to a PDF, using Acrobat DC. Now, when users try to fill and sign the form using Reader, they get an error message reading, "The operation failed because Adobe Acrobat encountered an unknown error." They are unable to save a signature onto the document.
Not the most helpful of error messages. How can I avoid users getting this error?1 vote -

Complete in Any Order option for 'Anyone' assigned fields
There needs to be an option to assign fields to 'Anyone' on a multi-signer 'Complete in Any Order document'. Acrobat allows you to choose both options but the result comes back as a ghost check box or blank spot where a field should be. After a couple of days of trouble shooting and requesting assistance from Adobe, it isn't a feature available. But it is? The error that comes up is "There are fields in the agreement that are not assigned to a specific recipient. When recipients participate in any order these fields are not available for filling." Can they…

Settings>Personal Preferences>My Events
I get too many email notifications. Suggestion: add new option in "My Events" email notification: "Agreement signed by all signers and filed" (currently the option "Agreement signed or approved" sends me email when each signer signs. I only want an email when all signers have signed and the "Agreement is signed and filed".

When using Maltese characters, text changes from Arial to a Serif Font
When using characters which are essential to Maltese script -- ċġħ, for example -- the font changes from Arial to a Serif font, which looks odd with the rest of the text.

Hi,
in a Corporate environment the user often has to approve documents not only for itself but also on behalf of other colleagues.
This is why there should be more than 2 spaces allowances to add Signs1 vote -
Add Text Tool
I am currently in graduate school. I use adobe acrobat pro DC all the time to convert my classes powerpoints into pdfs. Once they are formatted as a pdf, I can take notes on them, and it sticks.
I just realized I have been doing it wrong. I have been using the Add Text option, an option within the fill & sign tool. While this has been most effective in taking notes on powerpoints and helping me study, there have been many issues with it.
The fill & sign tool is not made for quick note taking and texts. Adobe…1 vote
