  1. Cannot Locate Simple Features

    The current Acrobat Pro User Interface/UI hides simple features from users and forces them to type a search request to locate them. E.g., I want to "crop" a PDF. Previously this option was a click or two away in some rationally-organized menu. Now I have to type "crop" into a search field and hope I move fast enough to capture the "TOOLS...crop" search suggestion before it disappears and the search bar unhelpfully tells me that "No matches can be found" in the PDF document (combining "Help" suggestions and document word searches in one search bar field is confusing).

  3. Latest user interface

    Bring back the interface where all tools are at the top. In the latest interface various functions are spread out amoung the upper left corner, the top right corner, the bottom left corner, and then some more in the menu bar at the top. Um, who thought this was a good idea?

  4. Printing in greyscale doesnt work

    Printing in grayscale (black and white) has not worked for many months now. If you want to print a document or graphic product, you can select “print in grayscale”, but this does nothing. You are therefore forced to activate black and white printing via the extended interface under Properties -> MyTab -> Select color -> Grayscale. I reported this bug to Adobe months ago, but so far nothing has happened. This bug also only occurs in the Pro version, which is a pity as you pay a lot of money for the products.   9. Option to hide pages and bookmarks panels by default when opening a document

    There should be a default setting to hide pages and bookmarks when I open a document. I don't use the functions and don't find them useful. I shouldn't need to close these panels every time I open a document. I don't care what the document properties are.

  13. Stop messing with interface

    Please stop changing the Acrobat interface every year. It is very frustrating and time wasting to find the basic tools that I use to navigate documents. A basic thing like Marquee Zoom and other basic tools should be obvious and accessible, not buried in menus. I've wasted an hour this morning and whilst I can find the tool now, no idea how to add to standard tool bar. Stop doing this!!!!

    To convert MBOX to PST, use a specialized email conversion tool like Sysinfo MBOX to PST Converter. Install and launch the tool, then select the MBOX file you want to convert. Follow the on-screen instructions to preview and then export the MBOX data to PST format.     AI Assistant - Request remaining issue.

    1) Clicking the button "Subscribe now", uses a trial request (If I have 5, next to click the button I have 4).
    2) You must offer higher number of trial requests. Currently, you are not allowing to evaluate all features. Now I have only 1 request!!

  19. Complaints on New UI

    I use Acrobat DC. I recently started using the new UI in December 2023. I think it is much worse than the previous UI. Functions that used to be in the top menu bar are now divided into two menu bars on the sides of the screen, while the area where they used to be is just an empty bar, a complete waste of space. This means there is a narrower part of the screen for the document. Maybe this is why they made it so that you can either see comments, or see bookmarks, but not both at the…
