  1. In the last day I was using Acrobat PDF in a document I was reading and adding commets with the text box tools. When I scroll across the document or close and open again, the text boxs appeared in different pages, duplicated.   3. Some freebies for Adobe devs, While editing an existing pdf document and if the field has calendar control when clicked as per below steps, the application crashes entirely and unsaved data is lost and non-recoverable;

    1. Open any editable pdf in Adobe desktop application where one of the field has 'Calendar Control'
    2. Without clicking on the calendar control itself, manually enter a date for ex: 21/06/25 and tab out, it will automatically format the date
    3. Now click on the same calendar control and see the magic.

  9. We have switched our email software to Outlook New. Since then, the Send function in Adobe no longer works. Previously, we could simply click on the envelope icon, select “Send by Email”, and a new email would open with the PDF attached.

    Currently, it is not possible to set Outlook New as the default email program. Adobe does not recognize it as an email application and shows the message that no email program is installed.

    This issue causes us significantly more manual work, as we now have to save documents separately and attach them manually to emails.
