Disable AI Assistant
I am absolutely SICK of AI being forced on every application I use. I need to be able to disable it. It is useless, slow, actively impacts the speed of the program, useless suggestions, and interrupts my work with predictive text that is NEVER helpful. This program should be OPT IN only not forced on everyone. I actively avoid using Adobe because of it but when I have to its disruptive, unhelpful and worthless. Just Make it OPTIONAL!!!!

AI keeps freezing my Adobe
I use this for work so if i cant open adobe because your AI is causing it to freeze i'll just install some freeware that does the job faster without your board saying AI is the way and it needs to be installed now no matter the ramifications

Embed comments when unsharing
After unsharing a document in Adobe Acrobat, all collaborator comments were lost. If there was a warning or option to preserve comments, it was not clear or visible. It would be much better if comments were automatically embedded in the PDF when unsharing. This data loss was very frustrating.

What do you wish you had backed up before moving from Exchange on-prem to Microsoft 365?
One thing many IT teams wish they had backed up before moving from Exchange on-premises to Microsoft 365 is everything beyond just mailboxes. While emails are the obvious priority, overlooked components like public folders, shared mailboxes, archive mailboxes, and mailbox permissions often create post-migration headaches. Additionally, organizations frequently underestimate the importance of backing up calendar data, contact lists, and delegation settings, which are critical for daily operations.
Another commonly missed area is legacy data stored in PST files across user systems. Without consolidating and backing these up, valuable historical communication can be lost. System configurations, transport rules, and retention policies…1 vote -
More than one signature option
I am someone who frequently finalizes documents and applies my executives signature to a document once they approve. We are not allowed to use the stamp option because it is not super secure. The fill and sign currently allows one signature and one initial (which I use as a second signature). However, I have 5+ executives.. all requiring different signatures. Which means, I am losing efficiency by having to change the e-sig document almost each time. I understanding having 5+ different signature options may be a bit excessive but even just two signatures and two initials would be better!

BUG REPORT!!!!!!! Replacing a TOC page with list of hyperlinks FAILS - why is Acrobat such a piece of garbage??!??!?!??!?!?!??!?!?
I was hoping to post a bug report on this piece of garbage [SH*T] application but here I am joining a group to post this to everyone who needs to know just what an absolute piece of garbage Adobe Acrobat is, and has always been.
908-page doc with two pages of the 8 pages of contents that needs to be replaced with two new pages that have external hyperlinks.
These two page work exactly as they should as separate standalone pages.
But when I replace - side note - why is the text window on this also garbage platform cutting…

Merging locked PDF files without removing integrity
In our process it is regularly needed to submit our work of multiple months/years to authorities. This requires a flattened PDF file of all documents included with valid signatures and all other properties. But it is not possible to do this without losing individual properties and signatures.

Windows Can't Open My Hard Drive After Sudden Power Failure
I'm hoping someone here has experienced something similar because it gave me quite a scare.
A few days ago, I was transferring nearly 80GB of office documents, project files, photos, and videos from my laptop to an external hard drive. Unfortunately, there was a sudden power outage in the middle of the transfer. After restarting my computer, Windows detected the hard drive, but every time I tried to open it, I received an error saying the drive was inaccessible. Disk Management showed the drive, but I couldn't access any of my files.
I searched online and found suggestions like running…

Edits on one page appearing across other pages of a document
When I edit a document, whether it be striking out a word or adding a new paragraph it will past the same actions across multiple pages within my document. Its a bug I cant seem to get rid off. I just want the one area edited not pasting what I am editing across every page of my document. Makes the program unusable.

Saving Files Popup Shrinks every time i save a file...
2 Things, when doing CTRL+S the save a PDF popup comes up where i can select where I want to save the Popup, which then just opens the Windows UI where i have to select the location again! This is super annoying! Why do I need to select it twice!
2nd thing, the First Popup that is part of the Adobe software, continually gets smaller every time you save a file, so every time I save it shrinks about 15% until its completely unusable without having to resize it... so what I do is make it take up the ENTIRE…

CTRL+C & CTRL+V DOES NOT WORK!
There is not much to say except what is in the title: CTRL+C & CTRL+V DOES NOT WORK!
If I want to copy some data from pdf I need to do right click and then click again to copy. This is slowing me down terribly. I think I will cancel my subscription and move to alternatives.2 votes -
text box default size too long!!!
When you add a text box, the size of the default box is too long and you have to manually shrink the box to the left. If you don't, it can cover another box and then you can't adjust it because the boxes overlap. When boxes overlap, you have to drag one of the out of the way to edit the other one, then manually drag the first box back into place. There should be an option to specify, as default, the internal/external margins of the text box instead of having this long rectangle as an unchangeable default!

default font/color/format
Adobe claims the issue of setting a default font and size has been resolved. This is not so. You can set the default font in the Preferences>content section, but there is no option to set the color or formatting such as bold or italic. These should be part of setting the font characteristics!

comments cause crashing bug
When You try to create a new annotation for a PDF in Acrobat, on a multi-language Windows 11, and you change the language before the form for entering the comment pops up- and then try to type -- Acrobat crashes. This has been the case for the past several versions of Acrobat.
