  1. After the recent update to 20269, During Fill & sign, adding text in text box in the Hebrew language. It looks OK and I save the file. After reopening the file the Hebrew text turns into unreadable symbols. Numbers and English text looks Ok.
    Every time other parts of the Hebrew text turns to symbols. tried different fonts. It happens in several other computers too.

  2. If you want to get rid of your Epson printer error code 0x97 then you can try the following solutions:-
    1. Unplug your printer and then plug back in.
    2. Try to clean the printer nozzles.
    3. Use the Epson printer troubleshooter.
    4. Try to turn your Epson printer off and on.
    5. Try to disconnect and then reconnect your Epson printer.

  4. I feel like the Adobe Acrobat Accessibility Tools are haunted. I reinstalled it this morning, but the earlier version kept giving me Encoding issues (which meant it read it letter by letter). The reinstall fixed that problem but now I cannot fix tables. I need to retag tables, but I don't want to retag the entire document. It also auto-tags it incorrectly, picking up the Table title and sections as paragraphs.

    I deleted the incorrect item structures and tried to retag the table as a table using the Reading Order window. Nothing happens when I try to tag the table…

  6. I used to be able to add text boxes anywhere on an existing PDF form. Now, if the place I want to put a text box is already a text box, it force me to write within that text box and edits it as I type. Like if there's a line in place, my text pushes the line out, instead of sitting on top of the line like it did before. Can you fix this please? Also the program seems much slower now than before.

  7. Please fix this irritating bug. Our users need this function.
    With previous versions of Adobe Acrobat this function worked well.
    When first installing Adobe Acrobat it works but after closing and re-opening it ceases to work correctly.
    This BUG applies to the PRO version only, Reader DC work fine.

  8. Acrobat new interface, sloooooow, laaggy, bad user experience and usersability design..... awful..... make the tool available and stick to the side for easy access...

    I also keep on crashing... please revert to the last version.. at least that one was working properly... it's not the best but at least it's working.

    Please do proper testing on your systems first before releasing them. You're wasting our money and our time.

  9. We distribute password-protected PDFs. One of the setting I've always used for the initial view is "Hide Tools." This not only preserves an uncluttered interface, but also prevents viewers from thinking they will be able edit the PDF. I was very surprised to see this option disappear. Please allow this setting again!

  10. One moment, I was using Acrobat to review and edit page proofs for a medical journal I handle and the next moment all my customization was gone! No toolbars, nothing I need to do my job. All gone! Additionally, the new layout is HUGE and unwieldy. I want to be able to sort through several PDFs to compare pages and revisions. Now, I have one page taking up the middle of my screen and this giant blank workspace all around it. Where did everything go? Why did Adobe completely change everything after years of a familiar, but ever updating application?…

  11. Literally everything is in a new place and I can't find anything. The stuff i need to look at the most is now way over on the side of my screen instead of being in the center. The icons have been redesigned and now i have to mouseover things to know what they are. Stuff i need is hidden away in corners. Completely un-intuitive. No way to adjust layout. It's taking me longer to do what i need and now i have to complain about it to you too.

  12. Your new "internet/mobile friendly" interface being forced on desktop users is bad customer service. It makes me seriously consider using/purchasing a competitor's product and never coming back to Adobe.

  13. The new user interface / page design is terrible! The new tool and zoom locations make mouse movements awkward and less fluid. Please change it back. There was nothing wrong with how it was.

  15. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let us go back to the previous layout.

    It's not that easy to learn a program to the point of being very efficient and once you do, you do NOT want someone to go in and move things all around. Especially when the move makes NO SENSE.

    This new layout is atrocious and there's no way it came from a daily user. No freakin way.

    The only thing this change/update has accomplished is frustration on the part of your user. Can't think of anyone who would see that as a good business move.

  16. The design of the previous version was more eye and user friendly. Don't like the way this one looks at all! I'm having to look for things that were easy to find! Go back to the previous design and modify from that. It feels like you went in reverse instead of upgrading the program.

  18. why would you do this with no warning or training in the middle of the workday? no doubt a dumb idea by a gen z intern who doesnt depend on this for any ACTUAL work, because what individual with any common sense would have done this to thousands of workers?   19. Acrobat should behave logically: If I get 5 sheets of output when printing normally, I should get those same 5 sheets -- only in reverse order -- if I click the "Reverse pages" option. For duplex printing, the current implementation makes no sense.

    Suppose a 3-page document. With normal page order we get:

    Sheet 1: Page 1/Page 2
    
    Sheet 2: Page 3/blank.
    

    With "Reverse pages" we SHOULD get:

    Sheet 1: Blank/page 3
    
    Sheet 2: Page 2/Page 1
    

    But what we actually get is:

    Sheet 1: Page 3/Page 2
    
    Sheet 2: Page 1/blank
