  1. When opening previously created pdfs, getting the error message "Cannot find or create the font 'TimesNewRomanPSMT.' Some characters may not display or print correctly." Closing out of Adobe and re-opening brings back the hidden characters, but this should be fixed. Thanks!

  2. I have spent way too much time trying to find tools I use all the time. There is nothing intuitive about the new interface. I reverted back to the old version and I'm happily finding and using the tools I need.

  3. I want other people to be able to initiate an esign doc without having access to all documents on the account. Any time someone from our 8 locations need a document, they have to reach out to our personnel director and ask for the doc, and let him know the parties involved. It would be awesome if the manager at the location could initiate the esign template and assign the parties that need to sign without access to the full account. We don’t want managers from one location seeing all documents from all locations. But we still want all documents…

  4. There is a bug in how Adobe Acrobat displays SRGB colours –see colour settings, displayed colour and preview (correct colour). Colours are washed out. All setting in indesign and other files double and triple checked. Occassionally it displays the correct colours (with no settings altered), but then becomes incorrect again (again with no settings altered) . Please fix this ASAP, it's an embarrassment.

  5. I work at a place that uses Adobe Acrobat Pro for all our documents all day long. We are constantly filling out the text boxes on our forms and then printing and restricting our printed docs. Ever since the last few updates this process has gotten more and more buggy to the point where it's halted out daily operations a few times and we've had to figure out a workaround.   8. In the latest version of Acrobat Pro, it looks like the ability to send a pdf as a file by email has been removed. This is a critical feature. When I receive a pdf invoice I send the file into my accounting software for archive and processing. I can't send my accounting software a link to the pdf, I need to send the actual file. Please bring this feature back.

  11. I am using the latest version 2024.001.20615 64 bit on windows 11 enterprise with latest patches. maybe there is a memory leak in adobe reader, so with a couple of opened simple pdf files, and without restarting the computer for days, when i switch back to the reader it showed strange error messages and the document went blank or cannot be displayed in full. please fix this bug.

  13. We need the fill and sign app for the tablets that run like laptops (Microsoft surface pro 6 is what my company is upgrading me to)- heck even doing to sign app on a desktop would be nice! The fill in features we've had to go and manually put in to save my employees time for onboarding are useless in the "desktop fill and sign" is ****.

  14. To put back Send in bulk documents with old features to be able to review them before send and edit due date. New exigence doesn't have these tool and CSV file now requires more information which make is hard to work with.

  15. I can no longer print to a printer from a file that was scanned to a PDF with a Canon scanner. THis process has worked flawlessly before today. But now, the print function in Adobe always selects the print to file even though the printer is selected in the WIndows 10 printing dialogue. Help!

  16. Problem:
    I frequently use the functions of "edit PDF", adding text boxes, highlighting and reorganizing pages. When I did many changes to a document(?), Adobe always pop up an error message of "The document could not be saved. There was a problem reading this document (14)" when I tried to save the documents. Interestingly, this error message did not affect me saving the document, so I've been ignoring it for more than half a year. However, recently, when I reopen those saved documents, there are many text disappeared.

  17. PLEASE stop making this thing pop up at me. I do not want it. Every time I open a document it bugs me to "summarize" it or give me info on it, but the info it gives is incorrect, wrong, and purely made up. It's a stupid, useless tool built on stolen data. Stop shoving it down my throat. I have no need for a inaccurate summary of anything!! What benefit is that?

  18. Currently in Salesforce, users must use the 'Manage Agreements' tab to Cancel another user's Agreement (provided that advanced sharing is enabled for the Account). This is inconvenient as it requires users to navigate away from the Agreement page. Please provide functionality for users to also be able to utilise the 'Cancel' button on the Agreement page itself when cancelling other users' agreements, rather than having to navigate to the 'Manage Agreements' tab.

  19. I have turned Acrobat Auto Update off because I just ran into the third time where my PC ran out of memory and crashed because the Update process started while I was in the middle of working with several other applications, including Acrobat. I would be fine if the updater provided an indication that updates are available, and the ability to choose the update time, but I hate losing work because a program chooses to start an automatic update in the middle of other more important work.

  20. I have applied signatures and date fields to this over 7 times now and it cannot and will not send, sometimes it says its uplpoading forwever, some times it fails right away. I tried printing it and saving as a smaller file and its still wont do it.
