With Adobe profile update, all comments on Shared Acrobat Files are missingI came in with a notification to log into Adobe Creative Suite for profile setup. After running the the dialog box to set up the profile, I lost all comments on shared Acrobat files. That is over 5 hours of review comments lost. Is there a way to retrieve those comments? I have no interest in reviewing a 90 page document again. 2 votesDear Customer, Thanks for reaching out to us. We are looking into the issue reported by you and will try our best to resolve it. Acessibility checker manual pass reverts to needs manual check when pdf is reopenedWhen you manually check something like navigation links and click pass manually in the accessibility checker, it reverts back to needs manual check when you reopen the saved pdf. What is the point of allowing a manual check if you can't make it stick in the checker report? 8 votesHi,
Please share a pdf file so that we can check the issue and resolve it for you. Thanks

Adobe Sensei for AcrobatAdobe Scan can automatically crop, resize, and reduce distortion on images, producing decent quality PDFs. To do this it uses Adobe Sensei, a form of AI. Given there is currently no way to automate these steps on Acrobat or Photoshop, and so no way to automate these steps on a desktop at all, please could you create a feature to achieve Adobe Scan level automation within Acrobat.

Polish font does not work in Fill&SignWhen I enter a Polish character (for example Ł), the font changes, letters get displaced and the text is unreadable. When I close and reopen the file, the text changes to a random string. macOS 11.5.2

Expiration Date for Shared Documents, Links, and SignaturesProvide an option to set an expiration date on shared documents, Links, Signatures, and Files.
Creates an option to chose an expiration date for the share & collaboration to end. For example, deadlines are necessary for premiers and limited short run editions. Dates that Expire would be useful when users want to stop sharing rough drafts with numerous individuals who may be collaborating on a marketing campaign.
Any files that can be shared are automatically given the option to add expiration dates. After the expiration period is over the links, documents, files, and signatures options would no longer be accessible.3 votes

Multiple signature lines in a single documentI sign many documents that have multiple signature lines throughout the document. I read the first section and click sign ... no problems (#1). Then I read the second section. Once I'm comfortable with the text, I click to sign (#2) and it moves me back to my previous signature (#1). I have to scroll back down to the second signature line again and click to sign it again (my previous attempt did not sign, it just moved me backwards in the document). I spent an hour on the phone with support and they said the feature is only meant… 1 vote

MacOS Acrobat Pro DC: please add ability to specify default save location, or reduce the number of steps required to specify a save locationMacOS Acrobat Pro DC: please add ability to specify default save location, or reduce the number of steps required to specify a save location. As of now, every time I want to save a file, I have to go through the following rigmarole: SAVE --> CHOOSE A DIFFERENT FOLDER --> [SPECIFY TOP LEVEL FOLDER] --> [SPECIFY SUBFOLDER] I literally need to save my files in the same place, EVERY SINGLE TIME. The folder is the downloads folder. However, that will never ever ever ever be in the initial list of folders I am presented to choose from. The initial list… 4 votes

Use OCR to fill out formsI am a photographer, (amongst other things), and want to use an Adobe product to create a photography consent form to be used in situations such as festivals and concerts. The key is, I want to be able to simply scan a person’s ID using OCR to fill the form, and then get a signature. A 30 second process, instead of 5 minutes babysitting someone filling out a form manually on an iPad. There are much lesser companies offering forms that can be filled out with OCR, but being an Adobe user, I am very surprised this functionality does not… 1 vote

Adobe Acrobat Pro DC macOS text rendering seems a little thin on HiDPI monitorsHello,
I've been wondering about this for a long time, and I finally found this forum to post about it.
So, I'm using macOS Big Sur 11.5.2, and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2021.005.20058.
Looking at the same pdf file using Acrobat Pro and Apple's Preview, one can appreciate some difference in the text rendering as shown in the attached screenshot.
Now, what is going on here?
Which rendering is the correct rendering?
The text in Acrobat Pro DC at 100% zoom seems a little thin, but this is improved at 200% zoom.
I've compared the screen renderings to paper print…1 vote

Complete in Any Order option for 'Anyone' assigned fieldsThere needs to be an option to assign fields to 'Anyone' on a multi-signer 'Complete in Any Order document'. Acrobat allows you to choose both options but the result comes back as a ghost check box or blank spot where a field should be. After a couple of days of trouble shooting and requesting assistance from Adobe, it isn't a feature available. But it is? The error that comes up is "There are fields in the agreement that are not assigned to a specific recipient. When recipients participate in any order these fields are not available for filling." Can they… 1 vote

Acrobat reader is leaving temp font (F@XXXXX) behind which is leading to weird characters in our oracle applicationWhen users are printing with acrobat reader then the Arial font is getting substituted by a Z@XXXXX tmp font which is located in C:\Users\xxxxxxxxx\AppData\Local\Temp\acrord32_sbx.
Our oracle JDE application is referring to a font family with Arial as leading one and this will finally give weird characters in our JDE screens.
We would like development team of Adobe to verify why those temp fonts are left behind because they are locked and we can not delete them. Only a restart of the pc will disconnect the temp font and then we will be able to delete them.
 Some articles were pointing…1 vote
