To show ruler by default in Acrobat every time I open a file.
I have it set in preferences but have to hit Ctl R every time to show ruler. And the view/show ruler only shows it for the current file. When closed it disappears again.

Cannot add signiture in the new Acrobat
In the new Adobe Acrobat App for Win 11 it is not possible for me to sign a document by adding a signiture. I have already 2 signitures and tried to replace one with another by clicking the x to remove one. x does not work and I couldnt figure out how to add/change/remove a signiture.

Can't undo after deleting comments
Not sure if this has to do with an update, but I can't seem to undo after I deleted a comment, where I was always able to.

Allow Categories in the Floating Toolbar
I do a lot of re-ordering and re-arranging of PDF documents. In the "Old Acrobat" interface, the green "Organize Pages" button was in a narrow column of easily-accessible buttons on the right side of the screen. I could snap into the Organize Pages view, rearrange my pages, and snap back into editing. In the "New Acrobat" interface, the only way to access this feature is clicking the "All tools" button, which eats up a good chunk of screen space, and click "Organize Pages."

"First Steps" tutorial always re-appearing
Tutorial "First Steps" always appears on app start. Even if you close it, the dialog with the "First Steps" tutorial always re-appears. This bug is reproducable with every new installation even on new computers.

Change type
It is nice that the page will auto detect where it thinks you will need filled in. But due to the check box not being on the change field type list, it makes it difficult to place a check box in an area. If the system detects a field it thinks you would want to fill you can not place the check box without trying to click just right or putting it in a different area and then moving it. Find text does not work properly
When doing a Ctrl-F for "2040" in the document found at https://s1.q4cdn.com/695946674/files/doc_downloads/esg/PG_CTAP.pdf , the find function finds lots of text that is not "2040."

shortcut for extract
Create an extract shortcut, just like copy or rotate with a shift/command+letter(E), so that once we have everything selected we can execute the extraction without pressing anything else. SOMETIMES pressing extract can be misclicked, and causes all the pages to unselect. I use this function every day all day for work and the new UI has caused many cumbersome problems such as this minor button. PDF issues with the new IOS (Sonoma)
When a new version of a MacOS is released, Adobe applications are not yet compatible with this new version of MacOS.
In my case I updated my MacBook with MacOS SONOMA and I have issues to create and print PDFs.
Generally, Adobe developers are still in the testing phase to make applications compatible. So, it is generally advisable to wait a few weeks before upgrading to a new version of an OS to avoid this type of problem.

Missing Settings section
Provide a central place to change the Settings. For example, when I wanted to change the Opacity of Highlights, I spent good amount of time to find the way to do it. If there is a central place to change setting, it become easy to do it quickly.

highlighting causes text to change to prior pages while highighting
When highlighting pdf documents the highlighted section will sometime flash to that from another page while i am highlighting. this is very frustrating as cannot see what I am actually highlighting. once i finish, the original text reappears. this has happened on multiple documents on and off. Search for contains the term being searched for
I am looking for the ability to search for a term where the term is "contained" and Acrobat will highlight all of these occurrences.
For example, I wanted to search for the term "scenario" and highlight all occurrences of it whether it is found as "scenario", "scenarios", or other variation. Unfortunately, I could not find any option that allowed for this. Make Comments Toolbar Open Automatically/By Default for all pdf files
In 2020, Adobe claimed to have provided a fix. But did only half of it. Only for files with existing comments was the Comments toolbar automatically opened.
But I mark students' scripts all day long. And for every one I have to open the comments toolbar.
Why cannot I choose to have the comments toolbar automatically opened (or not, or if there are existing comments)?

Comment icon - Utter joke
In general, I was happy with last version (although I dont like upgrades). you can call me +447501636720 to know my feedback personally. This new app style upgrades is definatelly rubbish and adobe should roll back to old version. Comment icon is not working 9 out of 10 times and once it is on, it just put comments on the page at every click. Having files in same window make alt+tab function history. OCR Crashes Acrobat (both new and old experience)
Using Windows 10 and both new and old Acrobat DC experience crash (program closes) when I try to OCR with my Xerox Duplex Combo Scanner (which I have used for 5+ years without a problem before today). I have tried going through Enhance in Scan & OCR (in old experience) and it also crashes (not if I de-select Recognize Text, however). Not sure why all of a sudden, program crashes out on OCR (I have tried several scanned documents). Quite frustrating!
