Option To Delete Original File After Splitting
An option to delete the original file after splitting it into individual files would save time. Every time I split a PDF, I then have to go and delete the original file. On top of that, if I have split a PDF using 'top level bookmarks' Acrobat asks me if I want to save the file when closing it. So there are 2 steps that could be avoided by setting one option 'delete original file after splitting'.

Can't Signin/Signout of Acrobat DC Pro
This is a bug report, no a feature request or idea. Asking people to clear cookies & cache is a productivity nightmare. I don't even know if that will work. For whatever reason, Adobe logs me out and won't allow me to log back in. It says my subscription has expired when it hasn't; verified in a support chat. I can do so for the Adobe website, but not the interface that opens PDF's nor the cloud for Adobe. Clearing cache & cookies causes me to have to log back into too many websites I do business with or pleasure…

Fill & Sign Commenting
I have been using Fill & Sign to annotate and mark academic assessment tasks. I noticed that when you click on "Ab" to enter a comment, it remembers previous comments you have entered, which can be very time-saving when you have lots of similar tasks to mark. Here's my question:
Using this "Ab" commenting tool, can you build up different comment banks over time for different applications, can you upload, download, edit such comment banks, and if so what format of file would you need to use? For example, being able to have a simple text file with comments for…1 vote -
Adobe reports Printer in offline mode and wont print
Adobe will not print on my HP Designjet T520 as is says the printer is offline. Drivers and Adobe are up to date. Foxit PDF reader has no issues printing my files but lacks some things i like about adobe. I think there is an issue with your software to not recognize a printer. I would not be saying this if Foxit or other PDF readers had an issue printing on this printer but adobe is the only one who will not see the printer is online.

Redact > Find Text fails with many documents (e.g. 200) in the search folder
This is my process under Windows 10, Acrobat acrobat DC 2015.00630527
Open any file (a bit silly, but you need that to access the Search Text command dialogue box - without a document the 'Find text' from the Redact toolbar is not greyed out, but nothing happens when you select it. Which in itself is a kind of bug).
Tools > Redact > From Redact toolbar select 'Find text'. A dialogue box opens. Select the folder with 200+ files. Enter the search string, make sure it is a search string that will find a hit in +200 files. Or maybe…1 vote -

Allow more customization of toolbar, e.g. remove the "provide Feedback" button, as well as "Notifications" and "Profile Settings". This is not what one uses every day and can go e.g. under the Help menu.

Adobe Sensei for Acrobat
Adobe Scan can automatically crop, resize, and reduce distortion on images, producing decent quality PDFs. To do this it uses Adobe Sensei, a form of AI. Given there is currently no way to automate these steps on Acrobat or Photoshop, and so no way to automate these steps on a desktop at all, please could you create a feature to achieve Adobe Scan level automation within Acrobat.

Multiple signature lines in a single document
I sign many documents that have multiple signature lines throughout the document. I read the first section and click sign ... no problems (#1). Then I read the second section. Once I'm comfortable with the text, I click to sign (#2) and it moves me back to my previous signature (#1). I have to scroll back down to the second signature line again and click to sign it again (my previous attempt did not sign, it just moved me backwards in the document). I spent an hour on the phone with support and they said the feature is only meant…

file attachment in sign
I should be able to attach a doc, xls or any file type in a document for signing. It would be nice if I send a document for signing with the original source together with it, would it not?

Use OCR to fill out forms
I am a photographer, (amongst other things), and want to use an Adobe product to create a photography consent form to be used in situations such as festivals and concerts. The key is, I want to be able to simply scan a person’s ID using OCR to fill the form, and then get a signature. A 30 second process, instead of 5 minutes babysitting someone filling out a form manually on an iPad. There are much lesser companies offering forms that can be filled out with OCR, but being an Adobe user, I am very surprised this functionality does not…

Adobe Acrobat Pro DC macOS text rendering seems a little thin on HiDPI monitors
Hello,
I've been wondering about this for a long time, and I finally found this forum to post about it.
So, I'm using macOS Big Sur 11.5.2, and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2021.005.20058.
Looking at the same pdf file using Acrobat Pro and Apple's Preview, one can appreciate some difference in the text rendering as shown in the attached screenshot.
Now, what is going on here?
Which rendering is the correct rendering?
The text in Acrobat Pro DC at 100% zoom seems a little thin, but this is improved at 200% zoom.
I've compared the screen renderings to paper print…1 vote -
Complete in Any Order option for 'Anyone' assigned fields
There needs to be an option to assign fields to 'Anyone' on a multi-signer 'Complete in Any Order document'. Acrobat allows you to choose both options but the result comes back as a ghost check box or blank spot where a field should be. After a couple of days of trouble shooting and requesting assistance from Adobe, it isn't a feature available. But it is? The error that comes up is "There are fields in the agreement that are not assigned to a specific recipient. When recipients participate in any order these fields are not available for filling." Can they…

Acrobat reader is leaving temp font (F@XXXXX) behind which is leading to weird characters in our oracle application
When users are printing with acrobat reader then the Arial font is getting substituted by a Z@XXXXX tmp font which is located in C:\Users\xxxxxxxxx\AppData\Local\Temp\acrord32_sbx.
Our oracle JDE application is referring to a font family with Arial as leading one and this will finally give weird characters in our JDE screens.
We would like development team of Adobe to verify why those temp fonts are left behind because they are locked and we can not delete them. Only a restart of the pc will disconnect the temp font and then we will be able to delete them.
Some articles were pointing…1 vote
