  1. Gern hätte ich die Möglichkeit mein unterschriebenes Dokument vor dem konvertieren in ein anderes Dateiformat (z.B. Word) zu schützen.

    Wenn man ein unterschriebenes Dokument nach Word konvertiert kann man sogar die Unterschrift wieder aus dem Dokument ziehen, Dies ist für mich kein sinnvoller Schutz.

  3. Adobe readerを開くと添付画像のような『Acrobatが突然終了しました。実行できる修正方法については、「詳細情報」をクリックしてください。』と表示されます。
    ただ、表示されるだけでAcrobatReaderは正常に動作しております。
    暫定対応として、
    ・AcrobatReaderのインストール修復
    ・再インストール
    を、行いました。
    結果として、一時的にエラーは止まったのですが、約2時間後に再発しました。
    これはAdobereaderのバグでしょうか?

  4. need to be able to use the compare tool to detect field name changes. I've been online with Adobe Support and it is confirmed that field names are totally ignored in the compare tool despite having my having a full feature Adobe Pro. (Graphic elements are text field changes seemed to be currently only identified for me.)

  7. Getting the droplets to work is hit and miss after updating to Ventura 13.5.2. Create droplet. Open droplet with control key down, get the error message and cancel, open a second time and then run, save as a different name. Ignore this renamed file which will have a changed icon and open the original one. Don't save this droplet or it will stop working. If it stops working open as before save a copy and droplet should work again.

I want to echo similar complaints found here (https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-acrobat-online-discussions/bug-report-acrobat-chrome-extension-does-not-respect-page-specific-pdf-links/td-p/13223193) and here (https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/adobe-acrobat-extension-blocks-navigation-to-the-pages-indicated-in-the-pdf-url/td-p/14049758)

    I have a website with links that reference specific sections of a PDF user guide and when the extension is disabled it works just fine by jumping users down to a specific page of the PDF by appending #page=XX to the end of the URL. But with the adobe acrobat extension enabled it no longer does this.

    So, 1. your documentation is out-of-date and incorrect (here: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/link-html-pdf-page-acrobat.html)

    so either fix that, or, more helpfully:

  11. We have a lot of Acrobat Pro Users and we felt that they are not using it always. Can you please create a feature where we will be able to view if the users are actively using the product? Example for a period of 3 months or 6 months, this way we will be able to make a wise decision to continue or not with their license.

  13. I could vote for several of the bugs, but none that I saw reference the work-around.

    The first basic (Control-F) text-search in a given session will fail to find hits. However, the 2nd and subsequent attempts will find hits.

    Accordingly, my current workflow is to treat the first text-search attempt as a "throw-away" - I "escape" from that dialog, invoke it again... and then the search works.

    It's been this way for years. It's a sad experience for users who try a single search, fail, and don't understand the workaround.

    1. Bug: A checkbox that is marked as 'required' will always require to be checked in order to submit the form.

    Description:
    If a checkbox is used in an Adobe Sign template and is marked as 'required', the only way to submit the form when signing is if that checkbox is marked as 'checked'. If it is selected as 'checked' and then again as 'unchecked', the form cannot be submitted. This is of course not the wanted functionality, all other objects that have more than one selected status, even when marked as 'required' once visited, the 'required' requirement is met and…

  15. OS: Windows 10
    Acrobat: Pro, Version 2023.006.20320
    Problem: Custom installation with offline installer will install PDF Maker addin/plugin though deactivated
    1) The installer shall not install anything outside of the Acrobat installation paths unasked
    2) There is an option to deactive PDF Maker integration into alien software, but it would still install without notice into Word, Excel etc. and browsers
    3) If that option isn't actually deactivating the add-in installation, then this needs an option.

  17. Hello,

    I am working for a many years with adobe products (most of all with acrobat), and i never understood why these two similar tools (select area and crop, and adjust visible area and trim, bleed and other boundaries) has the same icons? It's so awkward and confusing. It takes too much time to learn which one is which after repetitive clicks, but it shouldn't be like that. Add a small dot on one of them or something like that, that we could see which one is the one.

  19. There is no option for subtraction in the calculate tab in the text field properties of the prepare form
