mockups
Hey, so I’ve been trying to figure out how to create UI mockups, but it’s a bit overwhelming. What’s the best way to get started with creating UI mockups from scratch? Like, do I need to start with sketches, wireframes, or can I jump straight into something more polished? I’ve heard there are all these tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD, but I’m not sure where to begin or which one is best for beginners. Also, how detailed should a mockup really be? Should I focus on colors, fonts, and images right away, or is it more about the…

Let me use AI Assistant
I want to use the AI Assistant, and I pay for an Adobe subscription, but for months my Windows Adobe Pro keeps telling me that my account is ineligible for the AI Assistant.
Please include a button so I can pay to upgrade, rather than just telling me I can't use the AI Assistant.

BUG - Window sizing across multiple monitors is not remembered
Starting recently, Adobe Reader does not remember my preferred open size across multiple monitors. I open pdf's in that are 'normalized' (not maximized or minimized) across multiple monitors. In the past Adobe reader would remember my preferred window position across multiple monitors. It no longer does, but opens normalized filling one monitor. Adobe Acrobat Reader 2004.005.20320 64 bit on Windows 10 22H2 (OS Build 19045.5371) latest version.

Open Chat with Adobe Support through Help
It would be helpful if Support Chat were linked in the Help menu for paid accounts of Adobe Acrobat. I want to ask a question but have to navigate through a series of doorways to find someone to talk to.

Issues with opening PDFs when one is already open
While using Adobe Acrobat/Reader/Pro version 24.005.20320 (at the time of writing, the latest version) multiple users are experiencing issues with opening PDFs while one is already open.
When opening a file (either from File Explorer, Outlook or any other source), at times if one is already open the second file will simply not open. There are no errors or warnings that appear; the app simply won't open a second tab.
We've tested with both files local to the device as well as on a cloud/network drive, and this has been consistent.
This happens with fresh installations, as well as installations…

Route one web form to different approvers
It would be very helpful if you could have one web form that could be routed to different approvers based upon a field response. We have one form that is the same across multiple departments but has different approvers depending on the department. It would be simpler to have one form with multiple approvers than to keep track of a form for each department.

Annoying Notifications Every Single Day
As an everyday user of Adobe Acrobat, I cannot tell you how absolutely annoying and frustrating it is to click through new "helpful tips" and "notes" and "Got It!" screens. It's driving me mad. It's at the point where the owner and I are searching for other e-Signature solutions. Please, please, please, PLEASE stop creating so many new notifications of all the features that I have to click through every time a select a menu option. Horrible user experience. Thank you

while you are combining files in pdf and you can not exit the screen until it's done
After you press "combine", you are not allowed to switch to a different task while it's combining. Let's say if I want to go watch a YouTube video to pass time. You'll be forced back to the acrobat screen until the combining has been done. This is extremely inefficient and stupid. Adobe is a huge enterprise. Please at least get the simple things fixed or else what's the point of us paying so much for the subscription?

shortcut for measuring tool not working
I created a shortcut for the measuring tool within the floating widget; however, after the last update, this shortcut is not working. I have to go "All Tools" then select measuring tools in order for it to work. The kicker is the measuring tool is highlighted in the widget.
