  2. Use the vMail Outlook Duplicate Remover Tool to get rid of duplicate emails from Outlook files. Outlook files, both multiple and single, can have duplicate emails eliminated without the use of an email client.   3. I do use Acrobat to work on office's docs, but I am also a student whose trying to use the Acrobat to practice without printing a thousand pages. That said, it's obvious that tools such as "DRAW" on Acrobat are essential. It should work well since I own a wacom tablet... BUT IT DOES NOT! It's somehow a vector with automatic adjustments and is a struggle to draw a simple number, the own Windows Ink identifies any move as double click with the pen, to hand write something is impossible...

  4. In previous versions I was able to split my screen and use the Combine Documents feature because the "Combine" button was shown on in the split screen. NOW you have be in a FULL window view to get the "Combine" button. Not a time saver for some of us who use the spilt window feature all day long. Please Please Please make the "Combine" button available/visible/usable again in a split screen window.

  5. Unfortunately, there isn't a Google live chat option if you want to speak with them directly about problems with your Gmail account. To fix problems with your Google account, go to the Google support page, choose your category, describe the problem, and then follow the instructions to fix account-related problems.   7. supposedly this is already part of Adobe but it doesn't work in my instance so I suspect there is something wrong with the program. Please provide a way to delete things permanently from an account. Software is updated (or at least as much as you allow me to update it).

  8. This is a bug; I'm on Windows printing to a Canon printer (pdf's will print if going thru Chrome and not Adobe Acrobat v 2023.008.20534 64 bit). The Adobe popup print box comes up, then the Cannon box appears (not populated), disappears and nothing happens. I'm currently bypassing Acrobat and printing all documents thru. Chrome. See attached file for system information.

  10. Intermittently, Adobe Acrobat Pro will just fail to launch, either from the start menu or from double click on PDF document. No spinning wheel. No error code. Just does not launch. A few hours later it will launch fine, for a while. Then it does this again, randomly. This is very disruptive as I am using this for my business, so when I need to edit a document, I need to edit it NOW. Windows 11. Acrobat Pro version 2023.008.20421 64-bit

  13. In the new interface, when selecting the option to "Organize", the highlighted thumbnail is not the current page, but rather page 14. This is true regardless of which page is currently being viewed when opening the "Organize" tab. Secondly, when selecting "Extract", two identical selection menus pop up. One being the new interface style and the other being an older "compatibility" style.

  14. Before the recent upgrade to Adobe Sign, it would predict my text for entering email addresses, it is no longer doing this every time. Some work, others flash a little box of addresses that goes away so I have to completely type out all email addresses. Also, I have two email addresses that have only one letter difference, but it will not let me enter the one I need. It keeps picking up on the other one (one of the addresses where predictive text happens to be working). I want to type in "amartin" and it will only select "aemartin"…

  15. This issue just began on 2/14/2024, mid-day, after InDesign and Acrobat updates. Interactive PDF created and exported from InDesign causes Acrobat to crash (with error but without option to report). Problem happens after pressing a button within an interactive PDF to go to file. The file opens but I immediately receive an error that reads "This PDF cannot be viewed in Acrobat or Reader, and the application will now exit".   16. In response to your inquiries, Hotmail and Outlook are virtually the same and both secure. The Outlook.com server they use is the same. To go along with your present Hotmail.com address, you can add an Outlook.com alias. This allows you to maintain your current account and all of your files, etc. How can I get help with my Hotmail?

  20. Scammers pose as clients to get a hold of the documents we send for signing. It should be an option to turn off automatic send documents after signing and I should be able to control who I allow to be able to download a copy at any point of the signing process. I need to be able to verify the persons identity who filled in the document and signed it before they get a copy of any documents or be able to download the documents. Can these options be put in a future update?
