Add Acrobat Pro desktop annotatoin shapes to mobile apps
As an Adobe Acrobat Pro licensed mobile user I would like to have the same annotation features such as shapes that are available in the desktop versions to also be available on iOS and Android so I do not have to continually switch from my mobile device in order to perform annotation tasks.

please add the ability to close the "At least one signature is invalid" message. It's a bit annoying that you can't close the notification so its permanently there

Acrobat Sign: Need ability to delete unsolicited documents.
Users need the ability to delete unsolicited PDF documents that are from unknown senders plus the ability to block the unknown sender from repeating the abuse. This is critical, especially when a document is an "invoice" asking for a signature. User should not have to contact sender. I see this system as currently allowing dangerous SPAM and becoming a target for use by unscrupulous senders. Cannot delete pages when organizing pages under EDIT.
After most recent update, when editing saved and password protected PDFs, the trashcan icon and option to DELETE pages is in gray. Selecting one or several pages is the same problem; option to delete page is not available.

Why when you make a shape or a comment does it default to making that same shape over and over again, instead of going back to "select" mode
If I make a box, or a line, or a text comment on a PDF, the next thing I'm likely to want to do is to adjust the shape of or position of the box or line or other thing I've drawn--not make another box! Who makes a box then when they click they make another box, then another, and have to waste time deleting 3 boxes when all they want to do is format the first one they drew. PLEASE have the cursor default back to "select" mode after the user draws something, rather than continuing to keep creating…

Strict Quota Enforcement via Global Admin Console
Currently license quotas can be defined and managed in the Global Admin Console, and they are then reflected to the Product Profiles within the Adobe Admin Console. HOWEVER, they do not prevent profile admins from over-provisioning licenses above the quota limit. Thus, there is no strict technical control for global admins to manage license quotas.

Is the total number of comments not displayed in the comments review? (April 28, 2024)
I am using Acrobat Pro (JP).
The total number of comments is no longer displayed in the comments review.
When adding two or more comments (annotations), it shows {total} in the comment count. (Please refer to the attached image)It may be due to my individual environment, but I posted this because reinstalling Acrobat Pro did not improve it.
As of April 28, 2024, Acrobat Pro is up to date.
I am using MacOS 12.7.4 / MacBook Pro (14-inch, 2021).Thank you.

2つ以上コメント（注釈）を加えると、コメント数に {total} と表示されてしまいます。（添付画像をご参照ください）私の個別環境が原因なのかもしれませんが、AcrobatProを再インストールしても改善されないため投稿してみました。
2024年4月28日現在で、AcrobatProは最新版です。

I use the generative AI frequently and often times the information is much more succinct and comprehensive than my actual lecture slides.
I usually drop comments with the AI information around the lectures to fill in gaps that are missing.
I love the idea of being able to passively learn via read aloud on long commutes to and from Uni. But most pdfs/ lectures are obviously not meant for that. I feel upset when I use Adobe Acrobat; I can edit but not save it; it appears and can not uninstall as an attachment.

Disappearing blanks in comments
Recently a bug appeared in PDF-commenting.
Suppose you have "1-2" and want to change it to "1 and 2". The way that used to work was this: select the dash and insert a comment with replace text " and " (with blanks before and after). And it worked - importing and applying it in Indesign resulted "1 and 2", as expected. But now those blanks disappear as soon as posting the comment in Acrobat (and it does the same in Acrobat Reader too), so the end result is "1and2", which is definitely wrong!

text field border options
I want the fill fields to have border option to include an underscore only rather than the whole box border. It would be nice to choose thickness and color like the full border, but have the stroke just on the bottom.
The sample picture shows the 'Father' line beneath the fill field with no color on fill and border. The 'Amount' line is covered by a fill field in a white color, no color on the border. RUM command line update for Adobe pro and Creative Cloud
we need a way to use a command line to update Adobe pro unified version as well as the creative cloud app.
i.e. AdobeApps.exe /UpdateAll
it should then go to the web, download the patches needed to update whatever is installed and make SURE its the latest version. Right now it doesnt do this by default!
So some users have older versions depending on what installer was used. Please fix this.

Dark Gray Theme not Sticking
I would change the display to dark mode under View > Display Theme > Dark Grey. Then when I close out of adobe and reopen it will revert to the lighter version.
