  1. I work with a government agency that will only accept PDF's that are sent through the GUI button at the bottom of the pdf. They do not allow email attachments of the pdf. A few months ago the GUI feature no longer worked and I can only send as an attachment, which gets rejected. I am stuck here, any ideas?

  2. Right now in our adobe admin console we have one pool irrespective of geographic location. So if one admin has purchased 100 licenses from apac region then that admin should only be able to see 100 licenses with 100 apac users and likewise LATAM admin should only be able to see LATAM pool with LATAM users and so on.

  3. Creators should have the ability to work with a PDF after it is signed. For instance, we should be able to add an additional signature or signer. Another example, if a fully executed agreement is to be terminated, I would like to be able to combine a PDF of the letter terminating the agreement with a copy of the signed agreement. I am unable to do that now, due to the security settings on the signed PDF.

  6. Running Adobe Acrobat DC 20.012.20048 on Windows 10 Pro 10.0.18363. Whenever a non-admin user launches the software, the software will freeze for 10-15 seconds, then start working normally again. When an admin user launches the software, it starts running fine without freezing. We assume this is a file permissions issue. Tried reinstalling, reverting to old version, and changing file permissions. Tried working with Adobe Support but they ultimately ran out of ideas.

  9. If a fillable PDF is created from a Word document (perhaps even if created natively in Acrobat Pro), and it is filled in or signed by a 3rd party tool (e.g. Preview in macOS, iOS, iPadOS), the PDF is no longer rendered correctly in Adobe Reader, Adobe Acrobat Standard, or Adobe Acrobat Pro. HOWEVER it is faithfully rendered in Acrobat for iOS or Acrobat for iPadOS, or in a web browser (e.g. Chrome) or a built-in viewer like OneDrive. To fix Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat, you have to turn off the "Show border hover color for fields" but this…

  10. I have a DesignJet printer for printing architectual drawings, everything was acting fine until today, all of the sudden I cannot access the "properties" button after choosing to print as I usually would to select which size document to print.

I reinstalled printer drivers for T930. Still unable to enter properties menu.

  14. Steps to reproduce:
    1. First I will make a PDF doc from a word doc.
    2. So I now have a PDF file and I will sign it digitally using a digital certificate starting from the Certificates button from the right tool bar.
    3. After the PDF document is signed I will push the Adobe Sign/Request Signatures button and instead of opening the screen where to input the e-mail address of the person I ask the signature from it displays the message in the attached picture.

If I use the web version of Adobe DC for the same document digitally…

  15. Even in the latest public beta of MacOS 11, overall performance of Acrobat is sluggish. The app may take over a second to respond to a page scroll request via track pad and scrolling will be choppy.

    Hi,

Sorry for the issue that you are facing here.

We tried this at our end but couldn’t get a reproducible case.

Could you please share your BigSur Beta10 Machine configuration/System Information?

Also could you please share a Screen recording video of the sluggish behavior that you observe?

    Thanks
    Ayush Jain

  16. When saving a signed document, please adjust the integration and/or save dialogue so that the folder that opens in the save dialogue is the one from whence the source document was opened.

Many of my users will find just as useful (if not more) than a simple default archive e-mail to folder (as is currently the only solution I can find)

    Thank you,

  17. Dear Adobe:

Please redesign the icon graphic for the "insert page" button in Acrobat. Right now, the icon looks too similar to the "extract page" icon, and does not seem to match the action that it causes. This is confusing and makes the software less intuitive.

The "insert page" icon shows an arrow that originates in the center of a single page and points outside of that page. This suggests that something is being taken OUT of the page/document, when in fact the "insert" action is exactly the opposite. In other words, the arrow should originate from outside of the…

  19. When using fill and sign in big PDF files the save feature almost doesn't work. The only way to save without freezing Acrobat is to exit fill and sign and then save.

    Hi,

Thanks for reporting the issue. Do you encounter this issue with every PDF file or only certain type of large sized file.

Can you try editing the file and then save it and check if it freezes. Also it will be great if you can share a sample file with us.

    Regards,
    Sandeep

A few years ago you could make in Indesign a page flip. Now you can do several things in Acraobat DC but no more page flips for webpages.
