  2. Would like to pre-set my desired page Layout and Magnification (Pages panel and page, single page, fit width) so that all print to PDF pages are stored with those default settings. As is I have to print and modify every single output file accordingly. Thanks!

  3. Acrobat Pro X was much better!!! DC version "reads" hand-written docs as "digital" and therefore, will not allow me to ROTATE the doc, as the "signed" doc is un-editable!!!! This is outrageous! I receive a variety of multi-page docs, which can include a w-9 form signed by someone, but this version will not let me touch the other docs as the entire file is now "signed", and therefore un-editable, NOR will it let me remove the w-9 form, as it is not required by other depts. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!

  4. Please make commenting fonts lockable so that when you share a PDF, someone else can see your comments in a specific font. The default font (Segoe) is not great for in-depth text editing, as some characters, like curly quote marks and apostrophes, are not as easily distinguishable from their straight counterparts as they would be in serif fonts.

  5. Build lists of all document data that failed to convert into a signed agreement.

This data can be used for marketing purposes. If we send out an agreement for a signature and it never came back signed, then that lead failed to convert into a new customer. If we could take that captured data and convert it into an Excel file, then we could re-target and continue to market those leads from that list.

  6. Please provide a simple user web site option which explains the differences between the multiple product you provide. I needed Adobe DC but was unaware that there were two version of Adobe. Your web site indicated that I needed Adobe Pro DC to complete an Adobe form sent from my bank. This has caused all sorts of issues as when I discovered that Adobe DC was the product I needed, not a simple task, the process of cancelling the erroneous subscription generated a chat session which I thoughT I had completed and fully cancelled the trail subscription. I also received…

  8. I need to fill and sign a pdf for a process that involves many people. They have to fill and sign a part of the pdf by each step. So i need to block only the step that is signed by the responsible.

eg., I receive sensitive Docusign doc that is pw protected against amendment. I want to pw protect to open before I email externally. But I cannot do so because I don't have permission pw. Thx!

  12. I am using Acrobat pro DC on my Wacom tablet to comment on certain PDFs. Most of the time it works rather well, but now, more than ever, it is just crashing out of the blue. I have a maximum amount of two files open at the same time, and while I am commenting on the file, acrobat becomes shorty unresponsive and then crashes without warning.

I am on the latest version of Windows 10, using the latest version of Acrobat Pro DC and I am using the CIntiq 13HD.

  13. Environment:

    Windows 10
    InDesign 15.0.3
    Acrobat Pro DC 20.0

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Create a new Document in InDesign
    2. Add a text frame and filler text
    3. Export PDF No. 1

    4. Add a soft return / forced line break somewhere in the filler text (e.g. between "evendae." and "Et", line 5)

    5. Export PDF No. 2

    6. Compare PDF No. 1 and PDF No. 2 in Acrobat Pro (compare everything, not "text only")

    Expected result

The soft return should be recognized as a change.

    Observed result

The soft return is not recognized as a change in the comparison, despite impacting the text flow significantly.

    Soft hyphen should either be

  15. I am using 2020.009.20065 release (Italian).
Input date fields give error Java Script (non valid date and time ...) when choosing dates of May from pop-up calendar. Unable to use pop-up calendar I am forced to input date manually when occours a date from May-01 to May-31 of whichever year.

  16. As description says the border of the Property toolbar leaves a trail when I drag it around the screen (see the attached photo). This happens on Windows 10 Pro x64 1901 build 18363.535, processor Core i9-9900RF, video: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Super, 16 GB RAM. However, I can reproduce this bug even on a much weaker device like Microsoft Surface Pro with Core i5 7300U on it and when I use the Pen instead of mouse. Acrobat DC Pro full version is 2020.009.20065

  18. I currently have a Adobe DC account and have recently tried to integrate Adobe Sign into Microsoft Teams. The feature works mostly but when it comes to sending a document and selecting where the signature should go, you cannot. It seem's ridiculous that you can download Adobe Sign in Teams but you cannot use the function unless you upgrade your account to Adobe Sign Enterprise. I have spent hours on the phone to Adobe and I couldn't get a clear answer until recently.

  20. It would be awesome to be able to center images, text and textboxes in the PDF instead of having to pull out the ruler and drag the objects manually.
The feature has been requested for years and should be a standard feature, please add it asap.
